Dear Sir,
I booked a flat Souterganj, Kanpur being constructed by Deep Builders (Ganesh Poddar) and a sum of Rs. 200000 was paid via cheque in September, 2007 for registration after receiving aggrement papers. Recently, via newspaper I come to know that the map shown by builder to us is not approved by the KDA and KDA has stooped the construction.
