I have applied for convocation certificate for Ph. D. degree (Organic Chemistry, Science) on 13th July 2007, receipt no. 4066. My convocation no. is[protected] as per the University list. Despite several visits to the University at Kalina I have not received my degree certificate yet though my convocation no. exist in their records. Also the officials at Kalina does not give proper response as to when the degree would be handed over...
