I ordered Magazine from Delhi Press and the Subscription number is S428181 and the Order number is 188594/38.

It's been more than 4 months and I have not received any copies of magazine When raised a customer complaint I always receive a message saying they will send the copies.

I had ordered issues of magazine for which below are description:

Since I placed the order in April 2021, till date I have received only 4 issues (not months) of the magazine:

1. May (Second)
2. June (First)
3. June (Second)
4. July (First)

I wrote to Mr. Sandeep Gupta (Delhi Press) several times to refund my remaining amount INR 820, but he is not responding, neither have I received my refund since my last one way communication with me on August 23, 2021. I do not want any further copies, just I want my refund asap. I, Santosh Kumar request Delhi Press to initiate refund asap, else legal proceedings will be carried out against Delhi Press on consumer harassment charges.

This is the message received from Delhi press.but I have not received any magazine yet..

Dear Sir / Ma'am,

I had ordered for the annual subscription of Champak Magazine from the website of Delhi press on date 22nd April, 2021. I have received the confirmation from the company on the 15th May about the payment receipt.

However, I haven't received a single copy of the Champak magazine which was supposed to be a gift for my children.

I have sent them multiple reminders but no one responds...

Magazines not being received for LIFETIME subscription account no. DO 1541. We subscribe to Sarita (Hindi) (DL 24005/96) and Grihshobha (Hindi) (DL 24002/96) vide LIFETIME subscription account no. DO 1541. We have however not being receiving both magazines for the last several months. Delhi Press has not responded to any of our emails. They have also not said whether it is due to COVID 19. Online access to both these magazines has also not been provided.

Why are these magazines not being sent out to us
Why are our emails not being replied to
When will delivery of magazines for lifetime subscriptions recommence. If it is because of COVID 19, please provide at least online access to both these magazines.

I have subscribed 2 magazines (Champak & Highlight champs) for my kids from Delhi press.
I have completed all process related to have the subscription and I have received subscription details also(Subscription number - S 340661-Start Date 1st Oct 2017 )but I have not received any copy of it on any given date or as per schedule however after waiting for 4 months and taking lots of follow-ups through email, personal calls I got bunch of 3 months magazines at a time after that I have again started requesting them via email and phone calls regarding the receipt of magazines in time however nothing is happening except repeated requests from my side, they have not provided any escalation matrix to contact for such issue. Lots of disappointment, wastage of lot time for follow-ups, most disturbing experience as I had different (very positive) image about this group however after experience the services and way to respond it is giving feeling of “Got Cheated”. Once the subscription is confirmed I should have received both magazines with regular intervals without follow ups however in reality it’s not. The magazine of Oct if am receiving in the month of Feb it means I have paid for fresh magazine and I have got OLD which is of no value.
