I alongwith my minor son am traveling in Bus no. DL1PD6339 route no. 906 Tis Hazari to west enclave. I asked to conductor for tickets i.e. one full and one half for west enclave for my child. But conductor took from me 40 rupees for both tickets and gave me one ticket for 25 rupees from ISBT to west enclave and another ticket for rs 15 from ISBT to Shastri Nagar. I asked from the conductor for proper ticket but he denied for the same and...

I am a regular user of your transportation service. But since few days I am not getting service of 207 properly. i don't get bus from ARSD college at 1:30 due to which i face lot of difficulty please provide service of 207 buses from ARSD college to bhajan pura

I sit in a bus from dwarka sector 1 in bus no DL1PD2832 there was also the ticket checker board in bus he was asking me for ticket when i was say that the DTC is free for school students he was say that show me where this is write that DTC bus free for students and use abusing words and the next stop i got down from the bus...

Driver is not driving the bus carefully and driving fast and improperly stopping at any bus stop . He is driving like he is a pilot.
Delhi Transport Corporation and Delhi Transit please maintain the dignity of Delhi busses because New Delhi is the Capital of India.

I was travelling from kapasera to badarpur border by dtc bus. I purchased a valid ticket from that bus. Unfortunately, that bus got a minor accident. I get out from that bus and asked conductor that can i travel from this ticket on another bus? He said yes, you can.
Then i started to travel on delhi transit bus, suddenly ticket checker comes to me and asked me for a ticket. I showed him my ticket and after then, he gets me out from...

I traveled in root no. 720 from laxmi nagar to krishi bhawan. As per details available on the ticket the bust is from dichaon kalan depot - i. The registration no. And rout no. Is dl 1p d 2683 / 720 up.

On vikas marg, the driver was driving the bus in a very dangerous/ rash manner. He accelerating the speed even in the heavy traffic on the road and taking sudden & hard brake. The passengers in the bus were falling on each other....

Delhi transit (Cluster bus) on route no. 727 from nehru stadium to dwarka side at around 8. 35 am today[protected] jumped mool chand fly over. . And rk puram red light. . And was rash driving the bus and was racing with dtc ac bus to get pasangers for his bus. . . Passangers (Ladies and children were falling in the bus, the driver was deaf on protest and was on the run without fear. . . Kindly take suitable action. . ....

I've boarded the bus from Kamla Nagar Roop Nagar bus point of Nehru Vihar....but Conductor and driver are reckless and they dropped me in outer ring road instead of Nehru Vihar. And they charged me full fare. When I told him please drop me.... Nehru Vihar ..They said he's getting late and they drop me at night...on busy road. if they don't know the responsibility then why Delhi government hire and train them.br...
