Dp charges without knowing
Hello there,
The bank has deducted dpcharges without any sms or without giving intimation to me. I haven't sold any mutual fund nor do I have any share in my account. But rs. 826 has been deducted from my account. Secondly dcard fees of rs. 924 has also been deducted from my account. The bank never told me while issuing me the debit card that they will charge me the same amount every year. It's really sad and unfortunate to know that icici Bank just loots the money of their CUSTOMER unknowingly. Please refund my money bank and cancel my dcard if you are going to charge this amount every year. Also please refund my dp charges. The bank never told me that they will charge this kind of charges. I don't even know what that is. Atleast the bank should call the CUSTOMER or send an sms intimating the CUSTOMER why they are taking our money...it's really ###. Please return both money of mine back to me asap

Illegally charging of Demat maintenance fees even after giving Account closure form

Hi,
Reliance securities has been charging AMC fees even after submitting the closure of demat account in 29th September 2020. Client code -: S00062733. After talking to the executive from last July 2020 they finally agreed to convert the account to a basic account which cannot be done for trading. This account has been idle for last 9 years with no transaction.

Iam mustaqali rangwala, i had opened a kotak securities demat account from your kotak bank katha bazar (Mandvi) branch
Sir iam having 10 yrs old account with you, transferred from ing vyasa.
Sir my kotak securities user id is mus80_4, trading code hvb80
Sir i opend demat account in the month of june by your mandvi branch (Mr navneet) was the sales person
Sir i gave him a cheque of 15750/- of kotak savings a/c no[protected] & 150000/- of kotak savings a/c no[protected]
Sir i was told that my money will be transferred to my kotak securities a/c
Sir but i have been charged margin money intrest by your company for the month of june/ july / aug
Intrest amount comes to approx. 2000/-

I would like to file fraud case against hdfc bank ltd
I opened s/b with hdfc bank in may, 2008 and when their executive approached me for opening s/b account, he did not give me any information regarding demat account linked to it. They are deducting rs 850 annually as annual maintenance charges whereas i am never aware of that i have such account. I only got to know in jun, 2012 when i say my mini statement where it was mentioned that rs 850 has been deducted as depository charges. It's typical fraud case where executive did not educate customer with all the details.
I opened s/b with hdfc bank in may, 2008 and when their executive approached me for opening s/b account, he did not give me any information regarding demat account linked to it. They are deducting rs 850 annually as annual maintenance charges whereas i am never aware of that i have such account. I only got to know in jun, 2012 when i say my mini statement where it was mentioned that rs 850 has been deducted as depository charges. Amc of demat account

One demat account ( DP ID:12033200 Client ID:[protected] was opened with M/S Anglebroking on 8.1.2016 on my name. I am actually interested in opening trading account, but the same was denied under the plea that I am a minor. I was told that the AMC charges will be free if a refundable deposit (refundable on closure of Demat account) amount of Rs.2, 500.00 is paid. Accordingly I gave a cheque No.557202 of Yesbank, Malakpet branch, Hyderabad along the Demat application for an amount of Rs.2, 500.00 and the same was debited from my account on 11.1.16. But to my surprise I have seen an advertisement that "Open a LIFE time free demat account " . The screenshot of the advertisement & the scanned copy of demat account with bank statement were attached with the mail sent on 3.2.16 to [protected]@anglebroking.com and [protected]@angelbroking.com. No reply received till date and as seen from earlier correspondence there is no hope of receiving also.
It was asked to clarify about the lifetime demat charges as well as refunding of the amount paid towards AMC.

Hi everybody...I want to tell everybody that almondz global securities is a fraud company. Please do not open dmat/trading account with them. They have deducted my balance and sold my shares without any prior information. Their sales executives are saying this is free of cost dmat for lifte time but this is chargable. This company is making fool to innocent people. Their core business is cheating with people. I have also closed account with them....deepak my almondz id is 10303484.

on 14/03/2008 under zero bal. scheme. On telcall from your Dehradun (UK) branch in May, 08 regarding confirmation of opening of account, they asked me and collected cheque from me for Rs.500/ (for activation of account) till date your office is unable to provide me my demate account kit. non opening of account

I have a trading account with edelweiss since about last 4 months ago.my client ID is 10814323 and my book nmbr is 81706. my yes bank account is not being opened till today despite my providing the necessary documents and also that I was made to provide a cheque of rs.1000 for the opening of this zero balance account. as we are well aware of the fact that a bank account is must to be opened alongwith demat account but despite my completing the formalities and repeated requests no heed is being paid towards it. pls look into the matter. my name is shweta bawa and my cell no. is [protected].

so far as i know a demat account must be linked to bank account. from your complaint it looks that you have already have your demat account opened with edelweiss (since you have mentioined client id). you are not able to operate because do bank account is not open with yes bank. right?
whom are you following up with- edelweiss or yes bank? whom have you given money to- edelweiss or yes bank?
if you have given money to edelweiss (on their promise of having you an account opened with yes bank) then you approach edelweiss and request for closure of demat account, telling them that they haven't been able to give you desired service and ask for the refund of the money. this trick might help you.
four month is too much a time than what is usually required for opening a bank account.

ABOUT WRONG LEDGER BALANCE & NOT SHOWING ENTRY OF GIVEN CHEQUE

I have been given 2 chqs of rs 500 each for my 2 demat accounts (and1 h005 & and1 y003) wich is debited by my bank (BOB) and credited in anandrathi's account on the date 06/04/2009. but in my both of leadger accounts is not showing entry of this chqs. I have given complain about this in your anand branch from 10 days and i have also given my passbooks copy to there but they have noat solve my problem yet. SO PLEASE TAKE SOME ACTION ON IT AND SOLVE MY PROBLEM PLS CALL ABOUT THIS AT THIS NO.[protected]

My DEMAT account temporarily deactivated
I am holding a DEMAT account with ICICI for over 5 years now. You will agree that ICICI does not open any account without proper documents including PAN card and proof of resident. I am also having Priority Account with ICICI Bank.
I was told two years back that I need to resubmit my documents which I did.
Again I was told to resubmit the documents as they are lost. I represented that this is not acceptable. ICICI Bank convinently charges for any duplicate documents or services they render. I advised them that it is not possible to submit documents all the time due to the Bank's carelessness. I have to incur expenses which needs to be reimbursed. Without addressing the issue, my account has been deactivated. No one approached me.
I have lost money due to the careless and high handedness of the Bank.
Whom should I approach to ensure that ICICI Direct is made to behave them selves and to compensate me for the losses? Please advise.
This is urgent.

non issue of demat account

I have applied for DEMAT ACOOUNT vide my application no.1215935 on 8th Dec.2007 and submitted a cheque no. 979120 dated 7th Dec.2007 through yr Rajnagar, Ghaziabad Office Mr. Amit
Sharma Business Development Executive. The above cheque was credited in your account on 12th Dec.2007.
But so far 2 years and 7 months have been passed but I have not got any account no. or any litreature
from your office. I have contacted Ghaziabad office so many times and also met with Mr.Neeraj Misra, Branch
head so many times but no body care to giver any reply. I am fad up with you office AND YOUR OFFICE
has taken the money of Rs.750/- but issued demat account.
What about my money which is lying with your office.

1) Free Debit Card.
2) Opening Demant account within a week.
3) Trading from Demat account within a week.
4) No Annual Maintainence chanrges.
Bul till today no promise has been fullfilled, I have been completeley musguided becasue:-

not getting account ID and Password
Sir,
I have applied For Demat accout in OCT 2007 in Baroda(Gujarat) but till now i have not got my account ID and Passward. And application fees Rs 500 has been deducted from my account .And your customer care people are not responding me on mobile . Right now I am unable to direct contact in baroda branch bcoz i am out of the baroda since 9 months on deputation for KG D-6 project in Kakinada (AP).

I have submitted my from on 30Jan 2008 and the person who has visited our office have committed that the kit will reach at our residence in next 15 days .
I am so surprised that such big company who only runs on his name can do like this with there customer .

I have applied for a DEMAT Account in ICICI Naraina branch, New Delhi almost two months back with request No. [protected] so after two days one representative Mr.Sachin has called me and asking for bribe Rs.4000=00 to open DEMAT account and told me this has to be distributed between Mr.Manchanda, Mr.Minto, Mr.Prakash & him so I have denoy to pay such bribe so till date my DEMAT account has not been opened So you are requested to please look into the matter seriouly to avoid inconvience to other people.

F&O transaction done in my account without my instructions
Hi,
I have demat account in Indiainfoline (id PATIL999). From last 2 months i am trying to contact my RM (Varad Desai). But I guess he is not picking up phone ([protected]/[protected]).
From last 3-4 months i havn't had any discussion with any infoline person. Suddenly in July I get some mails regarding couple of F&O transaction done in my account.
When I have not instructed for F&O how come this transactions happened? I myself not clear about F&O fundamentals and never instructed anybody from indiainfoline to do F&O transactions.
Please somebody call me and explain what is happening.

Billing for non existing Demat A/C
I had closed my Demat Account three years ago, after suffering the panalties of having opened an account with your Bank. Much before i could come out of the agony of it. I now receive a Bill Statement No.15524875, Bill Date:Apr.19, 2008, Bill Period:Apr 01, 2008. NET pAYABLE : 1010.70
Do you open a Demat Account for your past client, without their instructions? Or do want to try your look and extract money by sending such Bill?
If the bank is looking for some charity, it can ask for it, in a better way.

In case you are submitting the bank statement as address proof then :
You may submit the computer generated original bank statement as POA if neither obtaining the copy of bank passbook nor attestation (stamp and signature) of the authorised official of the bank on the original bank statement is feasible. Provided such original bank statement is printed on the stationery of the bank, carries logo and name of the bank, displays the name, address and bank transactions/holdings of your account for the latest quarter ending.
You may submit the computer generated bank statement which is printed on a plain paper as POA provided it clearly mentions the name, address and bank transactions/holdings of the your account for the latest quarter ending. Provided such a bank statement is duly attested (signed and stamped) by the authorised official of the bank mentioning the name and designation of such authorised official.
Also, you need to submit the following :
A cancelled cheque in original and signature of the applicant(s) (all the holders in case of joint holdings) on the bank statement.
The bank statement should be of the latest quarter ending eg. demat accounts opened in the month of April, May and June should be supported by the bank statement of the quarter ending March 31.
You have to submit the application to any of the nearest ICICI Bank Branch providing demat services and get it attested from the bank official.
In case of demat account having joint holders, any one of the account holder can visit the branch under authorization from other account holders.
The form for change of address can be downloaded from www.icicibank.com site
1) Go to Demat link.
2) Click on Service Request (Link on the Left hand Side of the screen).
3) Go to Form for change in Correspondence Address
4) Click on the form "Change in Correspondence Address"
On receipt of address change request at our end, your address would be updated in 10 working days.
If you are unable to personally visit the Branch, the application for change of address along with other documents can be submitted through an authorized representative along with an authority letter. The letter should expressly state the name of the authorized representative and attest the representative's signature.
Also would like to mention that the signature of authorized representative should match with the signature on Client Request letter if authorized representative has approached us and the Signature of the Client on the application would be verified with signature in our system.
Kindly note that if any of the latest address proofs are not available with you, you may submit the Latest Bank account statement which reflects your new address.

Copy of any one of the above may be accepted for proof of address.
In case you are submitting the bank statement as address proof then :
You may submit the computer generated original bank statement as POA if neither obtaining the copy of bank passbook nor attestation (stamp and signature) of the authorised official of the bank on the original bank statement is feasible. Provided such original bank statement is printed on the stationery of the bank, carries logo and name of the bank, displays the name, address and bank transactions/holdings of your account for the latest quarter ending.
You may submit the computer generated bank statement which is printed on a plain paper as POA provided it clearly mentions the name, address and bank transactions/holdings of the your account for the latest quarter ending. Provided such a bank statement is duly attested (signed and stamped) by the authorised official of the bank mentioning the name and designation of such authorised official.
Also, you need to submit the following :
A cancelled cheque in original and signature of the applicant(s) (all the holders in case of joint holdings) on the bank statement.
The bank statement should be of the latest quarter ending eg. demat accounts opened in the month of April, May and June should be supported by the bank statement of the quarter ending March 31.
You have to submit the application to any of the nearest ICICI Bank Branch providing demat services and get it attested from the bank official.
In case of demat account having joint holders, any one of the account holder can visit the branch under authorization from other account holders.
The form for change of address can be downloaded from www.icicibank.com site
1) Go to Demat link.
2) Click on Service Request (Link on the Left hand Side of the screen).
3) Go to Form for change in Correspondence Address
4) Click on the form "Change in Correspondence Address"
On receipt of address change request at our end, your address would be updated in 10 working days.
If you are unable to personally visit the Branch, the application for change of address along with other documents can be submitted through an authorized representative along with an authority letter. The letter should expressly state the name of the authorized representative and attest the representative's signature.
Also would like to mention that the signature of authorized representative should match with the signature on Client Request letter if authorized representative has approached us and the Signature of the Client on the application would be verified with signature in our system.
Kindly note that if any of the latest address proofs are not available with you, you may submit the Latest Bank account statement which reflects your new address.
Once the address is update you can place the online password reset request.

I have been asked by ICICI bank Demat services tofurnish copy of pan card and address proof which I have submitted to ICICI demat services, Tenkasi on1/7/2006.But ICICI demat serveces on their ref:(inward 139810/907300 & outward 001/237928/08/03/08) has stated that they are not in receipt of my relevent papers.

Dear sir,I applied for opening my demat account jointly with my wife Smt. Mala S. Bhatt through your staff Mr. Dipak Jain (sales executive in Athwagate branch, Surat) in the first week of May 09.
But against my all expectations to obtain the demat account at the earliest date, i have been completely dejected that i have not been given proper services and response by your the above said staff member inspite of repeated several reminders and also frequent visits in his branch. Every time he has given excuses and prolonged the matter since last 2 months. When i personally contacted the Operation Manager Mr. Dhani he also gave a highly negative response and even did not care to listen to my complaint.
The entire service of your branch in surat is really poor and lacking total care for customers for which your bank is boasting.
Vide this letter i request you that my application for opening demat account jointly with my wife made in the 1st week of May'09 may be treated as cancelled and i no more need any such account with your bank. I am also not liable for any charges for demat account.
I am also thinking to close my another existing demat account with your bank.
Please take necessary actions for cancellation of my application and can i sincerely hope that some actions may be taken against the concerned employee for his reckless customer care????

Please find a jpg file of my bank passbook where the funds are successfully transferred to india infoline.
kindly get the margin available to me...
I am very much annoyed from your work attitude.
Because it had been almost 2 months since i opened the account in india infoline, but i am not able to access the account .
It is very clear from my passbook tht the money has successfuly transferred. I donot know why you people are creating such problems.
How it can be possible that amount of rs 5555 has been deducted from my account and it is not going to india-infoline.
I have lost the initial faith from your company and trying to get some other demat account.

DEMAT ACCOUNT NOT OPENED AFTER CLEARANCE OF CHEQUE ALSO.
I Was runnuing from andheri-w to santacruz office of reliance money like i'm begging them to open my demat a/c, this was just to invest in IPO of Reliance Power and at the last minute of closing of IPO i was told that as the a/c no on my chq was not clearly visible your case is been rejected, and as i saw my bank passbook after 2 days i was shocked to see that the amount for opening demat a/c i.e. Rs.750/- was Debited from my account.
i was finding some way to teach them some lesson but didnt knew how,but complaining this way i feel relaxed.

It is almost nearing two month the time it was despatched I had received the other item like Instruction Booklet for TIFD, IDTand PLEDGE but surprice to hear how I have not received the User ID and Pin code send to the same address Where I received the Booklet.
Very simple is ICICi have to call the First flight courier Service inform them to call the Telephone No and the Mobile No to find the location even now they can do this
