My complain is for den service provider. Everytime i get the message that "your set-top box is not receiving a signal". Every time i need to call den cable and after many calls they donot send anyone. Many times they donot pick the call and even if they will pick the call they simply reply that some issue is going on in your area.
Last month the cable didnt work for 15 days, i was calling them contimously but they were not entertaining....

I am facing this issue for several of times but today its too much. My Den cable service Provider not giving proper service. He always takes the money for recharging the cable service on time but when it comes on recharging it, he does not do it on time. I have to call him for several of times and he says just half an hour and the cable service will start and that half an hour is then converted into 4-5 hours and today that is[protected] same problem happened and I am trying to call him from the morning 8:00 A:M but his phone is SWITCHED OFF now it is 2:00 P:M . Even the workers that work with him not picking up the phone. Please take action towards him

Sir, I do recharge den cable tv card no. Is[protected] from Amazon. Recharge is successful. However after 10 days the cable operator cut the connection by saying you do recharge from us.
I recharge my cable tv of rs 334 but the cable operator also charge my rs 420. His name is jugraj and Mobile no is[protected]. He make foolish us in name of company. I call him he said rudly and I will not solve the problem. You do anything I can open the cable.
I have requested please take strict action against otherwise I will switch to other operator. 😡😡🤬🤬

I want to return my Den settop Box but my cable operator refused and told me that management has changed so they have stopped to take the settop box return and refund the charged. I want to return the settop box as there is no service from the Den cable operator.

I belong to Uttar Pradesh Pratapgarh District I am using cable service of den satellite. My connection VC No. 83112939 three - four days ago when my daughter having some issues regarding poor performance of channels A Cable operator rudely refuse to listen complaint and talking with bad manner.
Its a serious offence to talk a girl who is customer of your company.
Please as soon as possible investigate this matter and inform me what action company has taken against operator.

In lockdown he cuts all free channel like DD national DD bharti because my validity is over

But these channel are free
When i talked him about this
He talked ne roughly
And told me i m not inviting you to my office

I give money to selected channal but Manny free channal see that you not subscribe to this channal and news channal have said Technical problem in 2 news channel

Dear sir. Mera cable operator dangal channel nhi de rha hai. Usse baar baar shikayat ki jati hai pr koi sunvayi nhi hoti. Inka office lucknow mai puraniya choraha aliganj mai hai. My name is sandeep srivastava. Sinha colony faizullahganj lucknow. Sir maine cable operator sai baar baar kha lekin koi sunvayi nhi hui. Dangal channel jbki free to air channel hai

I am under den set top box provided cable entertainment service, according to regulatory act, i choose specific chanel according to list provided by local cable operator and giving now from then specific value with tax, but didn't receive any bill during several months. If entertainment has to see with tax then it's our right to get proper tax invoice.

The cable operator is not fulfilling the demand of consumers regarding the different packs available at cheap prices. He says that i will not provide such packs because it is. A loss for him itself. He is directly refusing us when we ask the value packs to him. He rudely tells us that he willnot provide with the packs if you have any problem contact the particular company and says donot irritate me again and again

Despite of payment of whole fees regarding channels our local cable operator is providing only limited channels many channels are missing after so many reminders & whole locality is disturbed with this case
Please take some action regarding this as all the channels in the pack which the cable operator has given us are not accessible we have complained him many times but he doesn't taken any action im from firozabad locality i hve mentioned

Our local cable dth provider khalid is giving all free channels with only 6 paid channels and charging 300 rs if we question him he said all channels are coming after several times asking to come and check the box he is not coming becouse he is only service provider in the area and most of people in the area is poor and illiterate he is not listening to anyone and not giving any form or asking for any pack selection pls do something in this regard

Not received a single channel still the local digital entertainmnt network (Den) service provider named mukti cable network (Spondon) in oxytown behala kolkata 700061 took all money in advance. Now they are blackmailing in all the possible way they can. The proprietor named surojit is an extemely annoying person and harrasing the consumers to the worst possible extent. Hehas come down to the extent of threatening us and applyng muscle power to force his choice of channels. Please do take necessary action. Immidiate attention is necessary

I have chosen my channel selection & go to cable operator, but they didn't give me my choice instead of them they offer these are the packs which are compulsory & on that you have to add your selection channel

The pack are 270 mini marathi silver, 320 mini hindi silver.
On these pack if i go more channel of my choice so add this to that selection

I am using den cable and they are charging not as per government rules but have formed there own packages and are charging very high.
I am taking service from shiva cable in meerut city. I would like to request you to look into the matter and stop this loot.

I was taken new connection before 3 months back of DEN HD set top box, but after 3 months HD channels are not able to see.
When I contact to cable operator he directly said you have to paid additional money now for HD channels.
This is rediculas because when new connection established cable operator said you will see all HD channels in monthly installments and not able to paid any extra amount for HD channels.
Kindly help me in this issue because it's unnecessary issue I am suffering after paying monthly installments also...

I hv den cable for 2 yr .I gv monthly rental for nr by 2 years but the problem is that they provide daily old movies again n again and more advertisment, south indian channels .
Respected sir laks of people hv this den cable and they also gv monthly rental . U know sir money is money . They cant provide any new services .Plez tk necessary action and this thing

Dear sir,
This is inform to you that the cable TV network run by glaxy TV network for last 15 year in meerut and its adjoiningarea..
They have force to consumer to purchase the set top Box worth Rs. 1000/- and installation charges is extra . so how it is possible to poor man to purchase the set top box. the glaxy network carry on major channel like astha, divy and any other channel shifted analog to digital set top box . So please do necessary action immediatley.

Sir,
Iam using DEN digital cable service provided by DEN networks since past two years.I have been repeatedly making complaints regarding not receiving some channels like SONY,SAHARA UP,SAHARA NATIONAL,9XM,CHANNEL V and many others.This is to inform you that despite my complaints,no action has been taken either by the LCO or the MSO. The LCO M/s R.K. Cable Network,gomti nagar, Lucknow is maintaining that in order to transmit these channels he will have to transmit signals @ 90 db signal level for which he will have to upgrade his transmission line which requires a huge investment.He says that since only a few people are using Digital cable service he cannot make such a huge investment and therefore he suggested me to stop using digital service and watch TV in analogue mode only.
This entire episode is making me feel disgusted about the poor quality assurance management being done by a company of such as a stature of DEN.
Therefore i request you to kindly make the required directions in order to solve this problem immediately.
