I received a call from the dfx enterprises by the reference of quicker.com. They said that this is the online job you can do at your home. They have send me a email in spam folder at that time i was very confuse that why the email in spam? Then the girl send a stamp and said you have signed a agreement and i have no sign on that stamp. And it was not a proper or legal stamp they said that i have to complete 700 form filing in 7 days with 90% accuracy. If i failed to complete work they will not give me the money. I have full confidence on my typing skills because i have 50w. Pm with 97% accuracy. They given me a portal to work on that but suddenly there were some mistakes in forms i have asked them many times they do not respond. I was unable to complete that work then suddenly they threatened me that pay the money 4700 or you will get a legal notice within in 2 hour we want money other wise you will jailed. You breach the contract so give us money and if you don't give then pay high penalty. They threatened me many times by sending msg and advocate named minhaz notice. Plz take legal action against them.

They messaged me that hard copy of legal notice send to my address and it will receive with in 72 hours please help me on this

Sir.. I was done one form filling job from dfx company.. They says that after the completion of work, they will pay... Bt after i complete the work. They says that i have to pay 4200 ruppes. Some scam calls also... Irrritating.. I dont have any money. Thats why iam trying online jobs... Plz help

As per contract with you, we are here by attached your sign agreement kindly go through it.

Your plan is of 700 forms and which you have to complete it in 07 days. And from 700 forms 630 forms are your cut off forms

If at a time 2 login, 2 logout, 2 ip address are found while working if your browser upgraded or degraded then your id will be terminated.

At the time of final submission of 700 forms one pdf file will be generated automatically, you have to download that file for your backup and send it to our helpline mail id.

You will get your qc report of randomly pages.

When you put payment request you will get your payment after 7 working days.

If your work is not submitted or failed then you have to pay 4700 rps as utility charges.

If you complete your work with all your terms and condition than from your payment 4700 rps will be deducted.

If you have any query or doubt then you can call our helpline number or else you can mail us also in between 10 am. To 6 pm

After i accepted to work they ask me to send my photo and aadhar card details. Then they sent me a link through email.

When i click the link that i got a mail that i have signed an agreement (Which i’m not aware of it) saying that if i failed to submit my work within 10 days i have to pay penalty..

I was shocked by this mail..
I refused to continue with it throgh their whatsapp account. After that i didn’t recieved any message from them.

I came to know this is a fraud company.. Now they sended me a notice after few days to pay penalty as per the fake agreement whick i was not aware..

They also said they have filed case against me in court.

I know they can't do anything but sir they have my id proof.

I am a student and i was looking for online jobs on quiker and this "dfx enterprise" employee named amit & manisha called me & gave the details that i need to fill 700 forms in 7 days where only 70 form mistakes are allowed if more than that tend to happen or if i'm unable to submit on time then i need to pay their registration fee 4700 after listning this i said i am not intrested but he told you fill it correctly then you'll not have to pay anything and the salary was 14000 where they take 4700 as registration fee after payment and mistakes reduce amount in salary each form filling carries 20/- after all this when i had some queries they were just calling me but not telling anything in writing... I told them that i am not interested as i thought that this company might not be real & all their mails appear in spam.. They convinced me somehow and also told that when you get registration call don't deny anything pleseeee.. They forced me to do so... Later i came to know this is fraud so i blocked all the numbers.. It has been 2 weeks now they sent me a message telling that check your mails i'm advocate associate mayur joshi where they are threatening me that they will fine complaint agaist me and i need to pay them their registration fee which costs 4700 otherwise i need to pay 50000... Kindly take strict action against this fraud company

मेरा नाम प्रतीक मिसाळ है। मैने dfx कंपनी से वर्क फ्रॉम होम जॉब लिया था। तब मुझे एक aagrement sign करणे को कह गया। जीसका मुझे कुछ भी पता नाही था। किसी कारण से मरा वर्क फैल हो गया। अब वो लोग मुझे फोने और msgs कर के परेशान कर रहे है। मै एक गरीब परिवार से आता हूं, घर मै पैसे कि कमी होने कि वजह से मैने यह काम लिया था। लेकिन यह एक fraud कंपनी है। इसके उपेर इसके पहले भी शिकायते दर्ज कि गयी है। अब वोह लोग मुझ पर केस करणे का दावा कर रहे है। वोह मुझे ₹4600/- मांग रहे है। एक नंबर से बार बार मुझे कॉल आ रहे है अपना नाम वो सुनील चौहान बत रहे है। please help me sir..

I got the call from dfx enterprise executive, to do a online data entry work and due to this corona epidemic i lost my current job so i agreed to work for him he said he is going to send me some agreement but i did not get any agreement then he said their is a some technical issue and i got some otp he is insisting to give me that otp in one format according to him i have to fill some data in his pdf This amount 4700 rs they deduct from my salary.So i agreed after getting work i send them work screen shot he said aapka kaam sahi and if you do wrong page is not going to be submitted so i started working and i call them for some issue regarding work then I call but no one response then I call on helpline number but none of them response positively and then I found that company was fraud and then got the mail from adv and she said to deposit amount what they asked to pay other wise they will going to take some legal action actually this company has intention to make fool people and also doing fraud please help me

Please take immediate action against them they're making threatening calls

I got a call and whats app msg regarding form filing I have a call from DFX Enterprise fraud company on 5th june.. They told me about the job description that you have to fill the 700 forms appox 630 forms with 90% accuracy within 7 days and to pay registration fees of Rs. 4600/- which will be deducted from your salary. I was looking for work from home base job. I recieved a call for form filling online job, so they told me that i have to fill 700 forms in 7 days and i have to pay registration charges of 4700 which will be deducted from my first salary, i thought its ok if registration fees is going to be deducted from my first salary because atleast i will be not having any fear of fraud if i pay before doing the job. So, i agreed for the job then they told me that, 'if out of 700 forms 630 forms are totally not correct, i will not be eligible to recieve any payment from them + i have to pay the penalty charges of 4600'. So, i agreed and after that i recieved a email in which they told me to sign the agreement. But while checking the details about the company i got to know it is a fraud company to i called the person and refused to do the job. But they said that u have signed the agreement and now you have to do it. I told them that they have not handed the job to me till now and i am not willing to do it. I got a call from an advocate saying he is going to file a complain and if i have to settle this should pay 4700. I told him whole story that i never took the job but he said he don't know anything and thus he is going to file a complain. Please help me we don't have proper money to get our basic needs fulfilled. I can not pay this much amount to them.

This dfx enterprise is a fraudulent company. They tell you its a data entry work and you need to have 90% accuracy.

Then they send a fraudulent quality check report that states that the check was failed. When you check the report you will observe that correctly updated documents are labelled as incorrect.

Please check the attachment of one of the pages of the qc that has been labelled as failed. The error is highlighted in red. If you check correctly you will find there is no error but these people have marked it as fail.

I urge the panel humbly to revoke any licenses of this so called dfx enterprise in gujrat and protect the citizen from these scammers and criminals.

This company demands rs4000 if the work is fails quality check. But the quality check is designed to fail people deliberately so that these scammers can make money.

Then they call constantly demanding money and make false threats of police complaints and lawsuits.

Amidst this pandemic that has already crippled our nation and its people, these criminals are scamming us and are taking advantage of those who try to seek work from home employment.

Please take strict actions. No indian citizen should become a victim of this scam especially in these trying times where we are battling corona, unemployment and food scarcity.

Please revoke the license of this company and protect the common people.

I am mrs neha shahi have submitted my complaint. They are now threatening me about they will file a case against me and to pay money.

We started receiving the calls from [protected] this number on 28may 2020 for the online form filling work from home job with offering 14 k from dfx enterprise gujarat base company. They ask the for filling of 700 form but in actual it was 1400 form per from 20 rs. Which will be 14000. They ask us for the aadhar card for the registration for this job. After giving the aadhar card they mail us some agreement copy for accepting the same. When we call they for the work quires the call from quickr site about data entry form filling wo they said u don't have to pay any money. And after the agreement signed they switched off this number. I have completed my work which was 700 forms filling and submitted work after that now they are saying u r failed in qc report. And for 1 day they have made that site not accessible for me. And send me the advocate intimation letter in that it has written that i have to pay rs4700 within 2 days. Please help me in this and take a serious action against this fraud and illegal company.

On 31th of may, i received a call from [protected], who was contacting for work from home job. She told that i could join and earn ₹14000 weekly by just filling up 700 forms in 7days. I was hesitating but she kept on calling and calling until i was fed up and received her call. She had no time of calling, she called everytime, disturbing me a lot. She however convinced me, and took my adhaar card photo. Then anyhow i completed the work and submitted it. I have checked every form twice and i know that i have typed almost everything correct. The cutoff they had was of typing at least 630 forms correct. I am completely sure i have at least 630 forms correct. They made a pdf file and made it password protected, and told me to download it. Then they told me to wait for the qc report. After the qc report came, they gave the password to the pdf file and i saw that the qc report had failed. Why did they make it password protected if they had to give the password? After checking, i found that i had a lot of mistakes, which is impossible. I know i can type well. I have proof all forms photo's.. Again, on 09th june 2020, they mailed about paying ₹4700 as fees, but how is that possible? Please help me. I am a lower class family and i needed money, so i did that work. But now, they are harassing me and blackmailing me about legal cases. Please help me or i will do something. I am really depressed.

Sir, mughe 23may ko ek call aaya form filling ka, bola gya ki 700 form fill kro per form aapko 20rs milega total 14000 ab jb maine 7dino ke bd form fill krke de diye to wo bole aapka 90% accuracy nhi hai or aapko ab penalty dena hoga to maine dfx enterprise ke acount pe 5500 paid kr diya. Phr aaj unke legal associate ka mail aaya ki aapko penalty bharna hai to maine unhe reply diya ki mai penalty de chuka hu. To unhone mughe call kiya or bola case file nhi krwana cahte ho to settlement krlo 11580 deke nhi to court me aaogi to 1lalh se jayda lgega. Case krne ka dhami de rha hai
