Sir I have paid my all the principal amount on 4th February rs 10333. But now in my card at that time I talk to your coustomer care they this your principal amount link but that time they adjust rs 1190 in subscription fee whichever I did not use the card on this month . But now in my card it's showing rs 3061 pending (1190 principal and other subscription fee) so pls look into the matter .                     Hello, this is gajendra.c, I received dhani card from in month of august 2021.i could not used the card when i recieved but yesterday i downloaded dhani app in my mobile it's showing so many transactions with out getting single message or acknowledge.i opened app so many times transactions are happended using my phone number ([protected])i want to block my card from Ur side, more than 10 more transactions are happened in month of march 2021, July 2021, October 2021, January 2022. I did not used my card, I recieved my card in month of August 2021 how can transitions happened on march, july.dhani customer care representatives are continuously calling to repay emi amount.how can i pay i would not used card, i opened my card also.this is totally fraud some body previously used cars whether I received that card please close or block my card in my name.i am attaching the total transactions I never done that in some frauds are done that transactions. Please close my card

                        On 23 March I log in dhani app.And I will do full kyc for one freedom card . And they will calling daily for subscription . And I daily refused them I say them please don't call daily .But next day they call again . I am in troubled from theirs call . please stop them

                          Dear sir I have taken a loan from Dhani which gives me a daily credit limit of 3500. I am alos paying my sll dues on time. But today I got only half of my daily limit. I have no dues. but in the application's T&C it showing that you will get 3500 as daily limit. Its a fraudster.

                            Dear sir I was adding money on 5th January in my dhani wallet but unfortunately transection got failed. After some time I got a mail that refund has been initiated. But till now I didn't got any refund in my bank account.

                            Kindly refund my money immediately.

                            Whenever I ask to their customer care they always say that I will get my money within 2 days. Kindly resolve it. Its about 2 months.

                                        Hi, I am using dhani One Freedom card, my card limit is 3lakhs. My daily limit is 30k. I have use the card for my personal financial, when I want pay the due amount is shown in my dhani app getting error as "your monthly limit is exceeded " the same I spoken with dhani customer support but they failed to resolve my problem, even though I have Explained who called me for due payment of dhani collection executives. Now dhani team charged me late payment of 7k and harassing me with their calls.

                                              As per Amazon, refund successful done. They also provide RRN number. But when I call to customer care of Dhani. As per them there is no any refund amount receive.

                                                I was using Dhani freedom card and paid all due amount and subscription charges in 2021 Jan. But still my card is not cancelled and adding subscription charges every month.

                                                Around 100 times I have sent mail ([protected]@dhani.com) for this but every time ticket closed with mentioned clear all due amount.

                                                Why I clear again due amount
                                                Ok have already cleared all due

                                                Still I am not satisfied and no one resolved my issue

                                                    21st April 2021 I active this card i called the customer care & told her I have to pay https://www.dmifinance.in/ amount 7500 INR so can I use this card to pay my amount she said that yes you can pay you have limit of 10, 000 INR, but after active this card I tried alot of times but evetimes its shows "INVALIED CARD" again i call customer care again she said that may be their is any issue happen with server of DMI Finance please try after 2 3 hours I tried alot of times but every times I failed to pay, i tried to pay in amazon also but over their also showing the same error so i just throw that card, after one month i got the call from Dhani they said that your activation is pending that time I told them i dnt need your card because you are a cheater but they active my card yet now they are asking me 2500 INR to pay . Please help me out

                                                      Dhani asks its users pay a monthly charge of 235/- I was not willing to pay the amount but the executives kept on calling me more than 15-20 times a day. After a week I talked to an executive who told me that it was an offer day and he would be providing a 50% cash back on the same. I was to receive a cash back of 114 in my wallet within 5 mints of payment. It has been more than 5 days and and I’ve not received any cash back, today I called the customer care and got to know that I will receive the cash back after I make a payment of 1000/- from the card. This is a scam.
                                                      They also promised me a physical card at my door step free of cost within three days. Now they are asking me to pay 99/- to get a physical card.
                                                      I was promised 2% cash back on all transactions now I can see that I’ll be provided 1% cash back for every transaction by physical card.
                                                      This company is simply cheating and scamming it’s customers. Please take action against them. I’ll be approaching higher consumer care officials within a week. This has to stop.

                                                        I did not use my dhani card from last two months but they charge me 1198 fee of two months . But I did not done a single transaction from dhani card pls make it refund to my account my register mobile no [protected]
