On 20th January 2022 Amazon initiate the Refund of Rs.855 for cancelled order to Dhani wallet (original payment method) but still ( after 2 weeks) it not reflected in my account, Amazon provided Return reference number also.
First time I contacted them through mail after few mails they blocked me after that I contacted them in tweeter but still I didn't get any refund. My RMN : [protected]

My name is Harsh Kumar Malviya, my complaint is that he charged me 707 rupees for 1 month for his(Dhani one freedom card) and after that after activating his card, I can do transactions from him as in his advertisement. is shown and calls are made from their call center but now when I am opening their card and seeing, I am neither able to add nor use money from them, their customer care no is never available or not listening on the mail, please help me and stop this type of fraud. All of them are taking advantage of the helplessness of common man and making them foolish, hope your team will definitely help me in this matter.

I Have Refered A friend but still now I haven't reciedved any cashback

I don't have any loan on ivl finance limited but showing balance 117 and I don't have any other loans in ivl finance I will pay dues on time but showing loan Balance that is impacted on my credit score

I did transaction of rs 2413 from google pay on 07 Jan 2022. Money deducted but not reflected in the app. Then i thought it will refunded i pay the dues on very next day.
And on 22 Jan 2022 i try to pay my dues of rs 10540 and money got deducted this time too and the dues shows in the app as it is.
I mail to dhani support mail id for almost 15 times in these 20 days they not even call me and not a single reply to my mail.
Today its 26 jan 2020 and still i am waiting for refund of my amount of Rs 2413 & Rs 10540.
Really very very poor experience with dhani and it’s really frustrating to me now. Everyday morning they text and whatsapp a msg about pay the dues but not about my issue i think they ignoring my mails and my problem.
Now i tried to reach them from here let’s see what happen next.

Card not delivered in my address and two'Times ordered the card but not delivered in my address

I had ordered some product worth 578rs by Amazon but canceled due to some reason and money has been refunded by amazon but dhani credit card is not credited yet.
dhani costomer is also not getting any contact

I paid my dues of dhani one freedom card two times for the same payment. And expecting the refund in 7 days as i paid due on 7th jan 2022 and now its 23rd jan 2022 almost 15 days now still not received my refund of 2413. And when i call there customer care they are very poor service providers. You are my last hope now please help

I made some order through dhani freedom card, which got failed and the amount was deducted, I waited 3-4 days and contacted them, after that they said it should be refund in 48 hours and not it’s been around weeks and I haven’t been provided my refund, I provided everything thing regarding my order and every time they reply same thing it should reflect in 2 days .i even called their customer care and he was soo rude to me and even said that their is no refund issued from the merchant

Me used dhani credit for rent payment but the payment was in pending

I had ordered Mi 3i Power Bank by Amazon but canceled due to some reason and money has been refunded by amazon but dhani credit card is not credited yet.
dhani costomer is also not getting any contact.

I am writing this email to check on the status of the refund for the transaction made from Dhani accounts to Myntra belonging to me & my mother.

Hi, on 6th of january i did an transaction on swiggy of ₹296 refund is also initiated on the same day by swiggy but not received in dhani wallet till date.i also contact dhani customer care after so many struggle they picked the call nd said u need to us via mail i mailed but 48 hours completed no reply from dhani team. Kindly do the needful and initiate the refund from dhani team

Dhani has given me a credit line of Rs 5250 by charging a fee of Rs 123 per month. The dues is still debited from my account in every month but till date it is not updated yet. Sent several mails but no response. I am unable to use the credit line and also paying monthly charges. I have been paying this from last one year.

Money debited my account but marchent not received payment. Date & time 02/01/2022 1.16pm.

I have brought something from amazon my refund was initiated from amazon but it was not credited to my dhani wallet.

Dhani is worst app. It is a fraud.

This is to inform you that Rs 1433/- has been debited from my daily credit limit today (25th December 2021) while I was doing a transaction which failed and I also got prompt on my screen that transaction failed but Rs 1433/- has been debited from my dhani daily credit limit.
The funds are also not credited to my given account. I haven't received any amount on my bank account.
Kindly do the needful as soon as possible as my dhani app is showing Rs 478 as due which has to be paid by tomorrow.

I am manoj kumar gupta my mobile no is [protected]. I am transferred 611rs from dhani wallet to bank account but it dudn't credited to my bank account till now so please check as soon as possible towards my issue

I have cleared all my dues before October 10 and today is December 19 still i am watching account status active in my CIBIL report and they're not increasing my score.
I have sent emails but they only asks for report in pdf form and no response after I've sent them the report. They've requested report 5times but no response after i attach the report.
Also, they have no option to delete account.

I have received legal notice in Dec 2021 for the loan I foreclosed in April 2021 and no one from the Dhani company is helping me

I just call dhani on Dhani Customer no Just For asking Refund Back Issue He told Me that Dhani Want to verify Your Account To Get your Refund Back to you And He took The details And Take The Amount In The Name Of Dhani

I've mailed to deactivate my account after paying all my dues, i got a call from a person saying that they are from dhani customer service asked me for certain details to deactivate my account.
But it was a fraud he took the money bu asking those details now tell me what can i do if I'm getting such fraud call in the name of an app which I'm already using. I even called on so many other number of dhani nobody receives the call, one of them did and told me to send the number of the fraud call but that number was also not available.
I'm still a student I'm not gonna pay for such frauds, please look upto thia matter and stop my account. [protected] this is the number of that person who called me by saying dhani customer care service.

I have made numerous calls to dhani customer care for the sake of my refund but there is no help from there side.
My refund was processed on 19th of Nov 2021 by amazon which was supposed to be received by 24th of Nov 2021. Today is 9th of Dec 2021 and yet there is no refund. Dhani is a pure fraud company.
All their customer care executives have only one same answer that "Sir, we will revert in 2 business days". There is never a revert from Dhani. Infact I have sent them n number of mails and still no reply.
When I asked them to charge a dispute they kept saying that being a card issuer, we don't issue chargebacks.

Please deactivate my monthly subscription of dhani freeedom card i am not able to cancel my plan please find the attachment .149 rupess is pending my account .
