Not cancelling my subscription
Dhani offered me to use their free card called Dhani Freedom Card which I have been using from last few months. I regularly clear my bills and I have no dues left to be paid now. I called Dhani today to close my card and they suddenly asked me to pay the subscription fee. I told them I don't want their services and that they had promised me free card then why this subscription service. The customer care said if you want to close the card you will have to atleast pay subscription fee once. If you don't pay it now it will keep getting added. I told them I haven't subscribed for any of their plans and services and I want to close their card but they are forcing me to pay atleast one time plan fees.I have already paid subscription fee for feb and mar month without even borrowing a single rupee from the app and i asked them immediately to cancel my subscription again they are calling this month and asking to pay the subscription fee.Please help me

I'm Complaning about my payment and refund which they have send to me mail
I Have Payed my emi amount which was 2, 677 and the payment was got successfull, in the dhani pay app the amount was not updated and i have recived an mail that they have refund the amount to my bank that will credited in my bank account with in 5-7 business days is really they have processed my refund or not i had contacted thorough mail they have send they have recived an mail and it will be sloved by our representitve but again i have got an mail that they have refunded the amount.

For getting refund of my hard earned money.

I am Partha Biswas. A resident of Coochbehar. I am using Dhani Pay since 2 months. On the date of 16 Sep 2021 I had made a electricity bill payment of worth Rs 795 through Dhani Pay wallet. Balance deducted from Dhani Pay wallet but WEBSECDL had not received the payment yet.I communicate with Electricity department they shows all payment state from the computer screen but there is no payment of Rs 795 .However I further communicate with Dhani Pay customer care they are just telling payment has been successful from their site. They will not refund my hard earned money.Plese Sir take the legal step this type of fraud company.

Sir i have made a transaction of 9000 rupees using dhani wallet on 18 july 2021 time 02.01pm on paytm but transaction failed to some reason the amount was refunded back to the source account means the dhani wallet paytm on the same day but till now the refund is not credited to my wallet. The company has provided the refund no.also, i have the required documents. Please look into this and provide with my refund.

Noone is giving response for many days.Dhani pay is not giving any response. Please refund my money as soon as possible. It is my humble request to you.

Fund not credited
I have done transfer of Rs 1550 to my bank account from my dhani pay wallet yesterday in banking hours nearly done in the morning but not credited to my beneficiary account yet for which screenshot of the transfer initiated is attached herewith for your reference and i also want to state that i have mailed 3 times before regarding same issue to ([protected]@dhani.com) and ([protected]@dhanipay.in) but i have not got any reply from any end. Please send us the status of the NEFT done yesterday i.e. in banking hours.

They are not deleting my account
I had installed dhani pay app in september and then immediately uninstalled as i read the bad reviews on google play store. But after that each month dhani pay has debited some money from the app even though i have uninstalled the app and they are not deleting my account. i have emailed them and also called their customer support still no resolution.
