I am also in the same situation of this fraudsters Company. They said the same story and ask me to send CSR fees 2500/- Advance 1EMI -12, 150/- advance and Intercity NEFT fees-12, 500/- and now they want me Insurance fees. I am denied it, and tell them to return my money. But they ignore my message.
I did the above all payments are completed, total amount is 27, 150/-

Dhanlaxmi Finance Limited is a fraud company. Their motive is to make customers foll and steal their hard earned money. They will call you and offer you loan on a very low rate of interest. In the initial calls, their emphasis will be on agreement charges. From us they have charged Rs. 2500 as processing charges. And they will keep irritating you until you pay the agreement charges. The amount needs to be transferred in some individuals personal account. After the successful transfer of so called charges, they will send you a fake stam paper. Though they have there branch in Bangalore, but the stamp paper will have Notary stamp of Delhi. The main clause is that on the stamp paper it will be mentioned that you need to pay 2 or 3 or 4 EMI's in advance. And again you will be in the vicious circle of these fraudsters.
They claim to have a customer care number as well:[protected].
BEWARE OF SUCH FRAUDSTERS!!
And upon asking their NBFC Registration number of RBI, they started abusing and mistreating the customer.
I would request people to beware of such scammers and fraudsters. No bank or NBFC will ever ask you money in advance.
