I’ve ordered an article that has been sent by dh gate in china to kolkata. It has been 2 months i have not received my parcel yet. I want my parcel sent promptly. The customs never notified me about anything and my local post office has no clue about it. As per the tracking records it is held at customs kolkata. I’m utterly frustrated with an incompetent work force. I want want my parcel sent asap.
