I have ordered some products in banarsilkfab website. The products I received was not the products I ordered and they mentioned that there is return and refund policy for 10 days. The procedure is to mail them within 24 hours of receiving the product and I did the same but till now no reply from them and the mentioned Mobile number is also not in use. Can you please check out with my issue and please try to help me. The product was delivered by ekart delivery boy, I am unable to reach that seller, so please try to reach them and help me in returning the products and having refund. And please don't encourage these type of people or dealers.
