LG led tv service is not good and got repaired within 90 days
I am given my lg tv for repair due to mother board issue. They changed 6500 + 350(visiting change) initially and got issue in 10 days. They took 1500 and repaired. Second time fitting itself we observed that the picture quality is different than our original tv but not complained due to its working. But now within 3 months got repaired and they are saying backlight issue and have to replace. It will cost 3500. As per my experience, this company is having worst service and not recommended.

TV taken for repair but not returned even after a month

Mr. Asif Shah from Dial Service Center posed as technician from Samsung company who came to repair the TV on lodging the complaint basis details received for Samsung TV Repair center.
Mr. Asif Shah took the TV for repair on 2july2022 and has not returned the same till date.
On calling him on his number he does not pick the phone. On calling the service center they tell that the TV will be delivered by 31st July but the same has not been returned.
Would appreciate if the TV is returned to USA’s I am a super senior citizen and the service center is harassing us by not returning the TV.

T v repairment

I had to get my LCD T.V Videocon repaired
I called them they sent the enginee Mohmmad .Asif who charged Rs 300 as visit charges. He told this t.v we have to take to lajpat nagar to get it repaired. He took with him after two days he returned our t.v that it got repaired and charged another Rs.7500 which we paid cash to him. After one day we saw the same problem is lying there. I contacted again the service engineer told to send him the video which I sent to engineer and Dial service center. Now neither engineer nor Dial service center is responding. They have cheated us
Kindly take strong action against them

Poor customer experience and highly unprofessional
In sept-oct time my tv got some display issues.
I checked online and seems sony has given service or repair related things to some 3rd party called "Dial Service". They took the tv, said need to change whole panel. We did that, and cost me ₹17110.
We got tv and in 2 days got another issue.
Now they said need to change the motherboard.
We did it at ₹3500.
Warranty was 3 months. And sharp after 3 months we faced display issues again.
Now they are not even responding. They keep saying someone will visit but nothing happens.
Why Sony has given their technical support to such unethical and unprofessional company?
What do i do now? I wasted alot of money and still facing issues.
Would have rather bought a new one at that cost.
Is there something you guys can still do to help me?

Sir my sony led tv 32 inch.A technician named Pardum arrived from the dial service center.He checked my TV and said, Sir it will cost 4000. Apart from this, no more expenses will be incurred.And he has also written the total amount 4000 on the bill.And he took the TV saying that you will get your return in 2 days.Took TV on 3 March 2021.I also called him on the 5th. Also called on 6th. Called on the 7th, also called on the 8th.I had given warning to the dial service center that if you do not give my TV, then I will Complain you.I threatened him because I felt that my TV he took away by fooling me and my ₹ 500 which my wife gave him I threatened him because I felt that my TV had taken him away by fooling me and my ₹ 500 which my wife had given him in the Cash. He also moved to He also moved to Mary.Because the technician who came, he had also mistyped his mobile number and the date on the bill was also written incorrectly.This morning, he gets a call and says that you have some other problem in this. It will take you 3000 extras.Then I told him that I will not do any ₹ 3000 extra because the technician who came, wrote ₹ 4000 on the bill saying that your TV will be fixed. That's when I gave him the TV.Now he is saying that we will not be able to fix your TV for ₹ 4000. Take your TV and give us ₹ 350 of our visit charge.If this technician had already told me that your TV would have cost 7000, then there was no problem in giving me the visit charge, but it has been six-seven days. Keeps the TV with him. Then later he says that your ₹ 4000 plus 3000 extras will be put into it.Sir, he has done wrong with us. They come home and say first. It will cost ₹ 4000. Totli has now spoil my TV by taking it there and is giving more expenses. They are taking money from us. We do not owe any money. They have to get them done by getting my TV fixed perfectly. I will give 3500 extra ₹ 500 I have already given these to them.
