Diamond Ring Complaints & Reviews

I purchased a diamond ring in the month of Nov 2010 and in the month of October 2011 one diamond dropped down from the ring. I made the complaint at Model Town market Tanishq store where i purchased this. They said they have to send to head office and they will decide whether its manufacturing defect or else. They charged us Rs. 5000 and said diamond is lost due to our mistake. Now again after 3 months, March 2012 one more diamond is dropped....

About a year back during the yearly sale of orra I bought a solitare ring from their chandigarh store. I barely wore it for some days & the central solitare piece almost a 25 cent big piece fell off.
