Am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the services provided by your company, as discussed with your representatives Priya Madam( Mob No-[protected])on 19.07.2023. Despite our initial mutual consent and the assurances given, it has become evident that the promised services have not been delivered as agreed upon.

I have diligently complied with all terms and conditions outlined during our discussions, and it is disheartening to note the lack of adherence to your part of the consent. This non-compliance has led to significant inconvenience and financial loss on my end.

In light of the aforementioned circumstances, I hereby demand an immediate refund of the funds I have paid for the services, as the failure to provide the agreed-upon services constitutes a breach of consent. I expect this matter to be rectified promptly to avoid any further actions that may be pursued to seek the restitution owed.

Please consider this letter as the formal request of my intent of refund of Rs.12000/-(6000 initially + Rs.6000 then after) and process my refund within a week from the date of this letter. I am prepared to take all necessary steps to protect my interests and seek the return of the funds.

I anticipate your prompt attention to this matter and a swift resolution. Failure to comply will leave me with no alternative but to pursue further remedies available to me.
