Spoke to ur rep on oct 12th. She promised she wud send a rep to collect the cheque on tuesday, oct 17, 2017. So far no one has collected nor a word fr cus care. Trying to reach you on all ur cus care landline nos but none are working. It's disgraceful to see such an affair of dna, a reputed newspaper. Will someone call me immediately and will someone come to collect cheque before the subscription expires on oct 31st, 2017.

I, Ashokan Achuthan, (Mobile Number [protected]) aged 45 years, Permanently residing at Varsha Apartment No. 4, First Floor, Flat No. 4, Sector-6, C.B. D. Belapur, Navi Mumbai 4006 14 hereby wants to lodge a criminal complaint against the Accused 1 and 2 being the Partners and Accused No. 3 Technician of M/s Lucky Home Appliance and Diligent Media Corporation Limited, a Company, Accused No. 4 who referred me to the Accused No. 1 – 3.

On Sunday 10th October, 2010 I telephoned DNA, a Data Base Company asking for the numbers of reliable refrigerator Repairers and after that I got a SMS from the DNA giving reference of two three Persons. I also got a Call from Mr. Vicky saying that he is very expert in repairing it and will repair the refrigerator. My refrigerator’s Lower portion was not working. However the Freezer (Upper Door portion was working properly). He sent his Technician Saddam and checked the Refrigerator. The Technician said two parts i. e. Timer and Bi metal needs to be replaced and would cost Rs. 2,150/-
On 11.10.2010, the Technician brought two parts and showed us that these are the parts which required replacement and said after replacement the Refrigerator would smoothly and this will carry one year Guarantee /Warranty.
After the work is over, he gave me a Bill of Rs. 2,150/- and demanded Rs. 2,200/- including Rs. 50/- his Charge.
After one hour the Refrigerator stopped working and even the freezer which was working also stopped working. I immediately contacted the Technician next day. He came after two days and still the refrigerator was not working. When I informed him he asked me to speak to Lucky Company.
Till Sunday, I explained the incident to Mr. Vicky on his Cell [protected] who had sent his Technician to my Home to repair the Refrigerator. He said he will visit my Home and fix it at 4.00 P. M. on Sunday, the 24th.
On Sunday when he did not turn at 4.00 Pm, I called him on his Cell. He was so unprofessional that he used to tell me that he will be reaching within 15 minutes, every time I called him. This continued every time I call him. I waited till 10.00 P. M. and then left the hope.
On Monday I called him and said if you had no intention of coming to repair my Refrigerator, why did you spoiled my Sunday, saying that I am reaching in fifteen minutes every time I call. Then he said he has no time now to come and rectify the work he did and he need more time to repair the same when he has taken the entire amount of money from me.
