Spoke to ur rep on oct 12th. She promised she wud send a rep to collect the cheque on tuesday, oct 17, 2017. So far no one has collected nor a word fr cus care. Trying to reach you on all ur cus care landline nos but none are working. It's disgraceful to see such an affair of dna, a reputed newspaper. Will someone call me immediately and will someone come to collect cheque before the subscription expires on oct 31st, 2017....
