I made an online order at health services page of divyayoga.com. The order was made on 8th October 2021. When i spoke to them on phone, they said that the product is discontinued and i will get back my money. But it has now been 3 months. There is no reply to my endless emails also....

Sir,
There is no reply to my earlier mails. My order no. 6497 was showing status as "Processing" on 17th April. Now its more than 2 weeks since. I have placed order. On your website you have mentioned that you dispatch the items in 4 to 5 working days. Now its more than 14 days. I am worried. Please look into the matter & do the needful at the earliest.
Money has been debited thru my credit card.
