Dear Sir/Madam,
I have applied for a loan against property in DHFL (Diwan Housing Finance Limited) in 2014 but they reject my loan amount. I pay processing for as per their policy. But they reject my case & they detect 1 EMI(10/10/2013) from my salary account without sanctioning my loan. Since last year i am continuously contacting them but there is no positive response from there side & now they refuse to refund my EMI.

False Assurance in taking home loan

I have negotiated flat in Hubli at the rate of Rs. 1035000/-. Respresentative of DHFL assured loan amount of 85% and asked me to make an agreement with builder and made the sale deed as per their guedelines only, but finally after taking one month the loan is sanctioned less than 75% at that time I was unable to pay the balance amount to builder or there was not time to take loan from other branch because of your representatives false assurance...
