I cleared all my due but still not updated on civil.

Help me fix it.

i repayed the loan but it is not been updated
plz solve this as i am facing issues regarding the same

My CIBIL score went downhill due to two late payments recorded in March and April for a loan issues in October.

I have no idea about the loan, and absolutely no idea about late payments either.

All I know I know is I didn't made them. Kindly look into it ASAP and correct the error.

Loan no mentioned on CIBIL report is: DMI[protected]

and my email-ID is bansal.[protected]@gmail.com

DMIFINANCE gave my wrong report in cibil on 27 March 2020 from 86, 150/
Current balance 23, 983/ DMI[protected] no which has not been removed from cibil till date.

Hi, i am jayant jayswal working employee of bsnl. Yesterday i checked my cibil score at myscore. Cibil.com, i was shocked that i found one outstanding default amount of rs. 11200/- for consumer loan. So i browsed very curiosity and get details that on dated 13.06.2019 one consumer loan of rs. 19200/- had been disbursed on my pan number (Aekpj4805n). I did not apply for this loan and i never received any such loan amount or not purchase any items with this amount.. I tried too much to remember from my mind memory there is no such transaction done by me during that period. Even though i contact phonically dmifinance company, on trying of 10th trial one personal has replied my and told me that due to lockdown company's work is going from work from the home concept so whatever complaint you want to do, please do on [protected]@dmifinance.in they will reply all your queries. Unfortunately, there is no response from their side. So these my personal humble request to solve this problem so my civil score can be increase and further development in life i can achieve
