Internet is not working since last seven days and they are telling me that internet is connected even thier engineer is also confirm this at my end internet is not working since last seven days but they're always telling me internet is connected, frequently internet disconnected and not working since last seven days

DNA infotel is very pathetic choice for internet in virar area. They have given connection more than they can support. There is always a bandwidth issue throughout the day. Office meeting and school gets disconnected multiple times and it's very frustrating. When complained they raised their hand. I am getting less than 10mbps continuous when I have paid for 100 mbps. When I reached to their CRM head Mr. vaibhav, he said I am not magician to get you speed but I can refund. It is your mistake that you renewed with DNA.

Please be aware of these frauders and save your hard earned money from these cheaters.

I am having the connection of DNA at Vini Heights. Since last 7 days internet is not working. I tried calling many times on the customer care number but the call gets disconnected automatically after 45 mins staying on hold. Tried to reach customer care executives via other means (Email, Social Media) but was not able to reach them. No one is bothered by our problems. Please resolve this as we are facing huge loss...
