I joined this company a year ago. Even at the end of one year i didn't receive the salary which they mentioned in the package. They always paid less. They are actually in loss, which is also getting reflected on the salary. Sambalam kuduka vakkillana edhuku da company nadathringa.. Mooditu poga vendiyadhu dhana.. The work pressure is too much to handle. The daily target they set for each person is insane. Some girls stay back till 8 pm or 9 pm to complete that target. The workings hours is from 9 am-6 pm with all saturdays working. They won't let you take a leave also peacefully. They don't treat the employees well. The hr and other in charges speak so disrespectfully. They won't let you resign the job peacefully either. They pry too much into your personal life asking the reason for resigning or simply taking one day leave. I request all the girls and boys reading this to not join this stupid company because it's a waste of all your valuable time. Your efforts will never be appreciated.

This is totally a worthless company to work in. All saturdays working. The working hour each day is for 9 hours which is so tiring. They set a daily target for us which is not possible to be completed within the working hours. They don't pay you properly or respect you. They take away all your peace. Hi frnz dont waste your time by attending intw here, they worthless fellows..i attend a intw over here, initially i completed the written test then the security give told me to go for head office which is located 2 street across..then i reached and waited for more than 2 hours and then hr VENKAT called me.he not all listening my self intro suddenly he said, ll call you back thanks for coming nu.ivanungala padicha dash...oru intw kuda proper ah conduct pana matranuga, vacancy ila na ena dash kuda vara solringa..unemployee avlo kevalama iruka da porabokku..your not fit HR work da pannada, dont waste your time girls..
