Dear Lal Path Lab Team,

I have submitted my URINE CULTURE sample on 17.12.20239(LAB ID:[protected] and as per the money receipt it has clearly stated that I should receive the report by 20.12.2023 and your collection executive also confirm the same, but today now your sinthi lal path lab executive says that I will not receive the report today and as per their statement this normal procedure and you can do whatever you want.
Now My question is,

1. culture report must delivered with 72 hours
2. when you have stated the date and time then why your denying to deliver the report on time.
3. my treatment is pending because of your report is pending. If any unwell goes due to this who will be responsible for the same.
4. why you are deviating from your commitment.

Answer the adobe question and do the needful ASAP.I have attached the receipt for your reference.

My daughter Mrs Piyali Sarkar Kundu, used to visit you lab at Kalyani, West Bengal at regular basis, for getting her Thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH ) and Na and Potassium check .
Based on your report ( TSH 3.77 : Lab no.[protected] on 31.3.2022), Dr advised her to take Thyronorm 88 mcg for continuously one year.
Afterwards during 19.3.2023 ( Lab no.[protected] dt.19.3.2023) it was 2.19, and again after one month (19.4.2023 :...

Had done CBC, Blood Sugar Fasting, Urine R and M testing of my mother on 23rd February as she had an operation scheduled on 24th February at 8:00 AM. The technician told the report would be available by 4:00PM or in worst case by 6:00PM. But we didn’t get any report till now. Started following up the customer care after 6:00PM and made 4 calls after evry hour to customer care and everytime they told that you will receive a callback from our backend team in half an hour but didn’t receive any call. When I called at 11:30PM the customer executive told that now we can’t arrange a call back so you will receive a call tomorrow only.
This is sheer negligence and careless culture which Dr. Lal pathlab has in its roots. The customer care is useless. Because of their negligence now the operation has to be rescheduled and pre operation medication which was being taken, all goes to waste and it will impact health too.
Pathetic pathetic service.

My daughter is 7.5 yrs old and suffering from nephrotic syndrome when she was just 2. From last 2 yrs she is on Mofecon OS and blood tests were conducted every 2-3 months due to that. Yesterday I had taken her to one of the branch of Dr lal for the routine blood test as we had an appointment with the doctor tommorow. 3 full syringes of blood were taken out as the tests include VITAMIN B12, VITAMIN D 25 -HYDROXY, SGPT, SGOT, KIDNEY PANEL, COMPLETE BLOOD COUNT, but today I received the message that KIDNEY PANEL, Vitamin B12, SGOT, SGPT were not conducted due to technical reason. It is clearly visible that due to mishandling and negligence of technical staff the sample is wasted or misplaced. The blood tests is of a small kid not of any adult, therefore samples could not be taken again and again. The staff should be more attentive while handling the samples.Tommorow I had an appointment but today neither I had full report...The technical staff of Dr lal path labs should take their work seriously and must have professional approach.

I gave my sample to lal path labs jammu (gandhi nagar) at 3rd of august for DHEA-S at 1:30 pm as soon as the person took the sample from my right hand, whole of hand swelled and became red, i told their authorities and they gave me a cold compress and claimed that it would be fine in sometime, since then i am not able to move my hand, my hand has developed purple marks and red spots throughout, now its been a week and it is still the same, my hand pains so much and i am not able to do anything since that day. This is the worst lab ever, they have such a irresponsible and unexperienced staff

I am Dipankar kar from Assam, i hv done a renal biopsy on 28/08/2021... I have received a wrong report which does not match to my current body condition, doctor's also said it.i.e its report is totally wrong ... I am from poor family i have spent a lot of money for the test and i suffered pain ... All gone in vain..i want my money back..
And i also know its totally useless to complaint, nothing will happen ... Nothing will change..

On 22nd Oct 2021 I visited one of your collection centres at Mahagun Moderne Mart, Sector 78, Noida and gave my blood and urine samples. I paid the amount of Rs 2, 199/- through Paytm app.

The overall experience of this visit was pathetic and I never expected such a level from Dr Lal Path Labs.

The Centre did not even have any washroom of its own and made me use the public toilet there at the mart which was not...

This company is a scam and fraud. I told them that my doctor has told me to get TSH (regular) test done. Before payment their lab cashier told us that they were going to do thyroid profile test in which TSH (regular) is included. On their website also, it's mentioned that TSH(regular) is included in Thyroid profile (free) test. On 10 September 2021, I got this test done but when the reports came, there was no mention of TSH (regular) in it....

They assured me that they are doing Semen Analysis
test, , seminogram(P006 -TEST CODE) but on reaching the lab they took
sperm marked it as SEMEN FRUCTOSE QUALITATIVE(BIOCHEMICAL
ANALYSIS)-P022, I told them it is wrong test to lady in lab attendant
but lady told no all sperm count morphology viability will be tested, i told how she said give the sample and go .I double confirmed her
but she said no this is the test.

I loss RS 400 doing wrong test 250 test charges+150 transportation, for god sake can DR lal who is claiming it as premiere testing lab
do anything.Please find relevant screenshot,

This is to bring to your kind attention that I had given blood sample at Dr. Path Labs, New Rajender Nagar and I was given Lab No.[protected] on 16/06/2021 for Tests of HbA1c and Random Blood Sugar. When I collected my Report, I was shocked to see the reported value of Random Blood Sugar as 658 which put me in deep depression and not accepted at any cost. I raised a complaint in this regard with Service Request No. REQ[protected] and it has...

I had approached Dr Lal Path lab collection centre situated in Uttarpara Kotrung, West Bengal for getting my RTPCR test done, the details of the lab is attached below in the screenshot for your reference.

Mr. Asim Sil had a conversation with me on 2nd of June at around 8 PM and I was informed by him that I would have to pay 1400.00 against the same and it would take a day or two to get the reports. I was fine with this and asked him to provide me with an invoice against the same, to this he straightaway told me that I would only get an invoice of 950.00 against my test and not the sum I am actually being charged i.e. 1400.00. Now, I questioned if as to why such discrepancies, to which he blatantly said I could complain to anyone I wish to and he won’t give me an invoice for the total amount.

This is a matter of illegal money extortion and is does not add up to a good reputation to the brand’s name. During this crisis, we should be helpful to each other, considering everyone is dealing with it.

I had mailed the customer care of Dr. Lal pathlab on 3rd of June itself but yet I haven't received any reply on what actions has been taken against the said complaint.

Please look into the matter and revert with a positive response as soon as possible.

This is regarding the my corona test which was taken on 4th April 2021 by a renouned lab in Kolkata, named - Dr Lal Path Labs.

This test report was needed by my airlines for allowing me to fly on 5th April. On 4th April, before my test, I mentioned to the receptionist that on 5th I have a flight at 2:35 PM so I will require my report by 12. She said okay, so me and my daughter we completed our test and returned home.

At 5th, I reached to the lab by 11AM and asked for my reports. She handed over me my daughters report and said your report didn't arrive yet please sit for a while.

It was not for a while eventually i figured. She made me wait for an unbelievable 1 hour, while i kept telling her that my reporting time is at 1:35PM. I mentioned many times that I will need an hour to reach airport. She still delayed it for more 30 minutes and made me extremely frustrated with the situation.

Finally she decided to hand me over a BLANK PAD saying you leave for airport and print it out on your way for your report which will enter in 15 minutes in your WhatsApp. You can directly show the e-report to airport as well. All in all It was a very harrasing and irresponsible move from the lab but I had no option but to immidiately leave from there for my flight.

She put stamps on the blank reports and let me go. I booked a cab and left ASAP. On my way I kept wondering why didn't she do this same thing before 1 hr 30 mins then?

Anyway the report eventually reached my WhatsApp at 1:54 PM.

I finally reach airport and by no surprise the check in counters had closed before 20 minutes. There was no way they would let me catch the flight. After much trying I finally decided to book 6th aprils flight with some compensation from the airlines side and returned home.

I strongly demand justice and urgent action against Dr Lal Path Labs.

I want to file complaint against dr lab path labs branch sirsa haryana as i went there for my blood test Gave sample and wait for the results . I got my RT PCR test done from this lab yesterday morning. I received a text in the evening to confirm the test results.
I tried to download it from their app and website aswell but it doesnt allow me to do so. I called them up but they were not helpful and gave lame excuses. This is absolutely pathetic service from such a reputed path experts. I want this lodged as an official complaint against them as they have ruined the trust i had in them. I am about to travel in next 2days and still dont have my reports. This test report is so much important for me. Kindly help.

I have taken lab tests in dr lal path labs on 8th and 12th of this december 2019. My reports are totally surprised me that in the first report it says that i am diabetic, but in the second report it says, that i am not diabetic. With the first report i really faced mental stress and i visit hospital and i am nearly to start medication to diabetes, but to re check i went to another lab and did my test again, it also says i am not diabetic, so to reconfirm, i again checked with lal path labs again, and it says i am not diabetic

My maternal uncle dr rajiv ranjan sinha went to 2 different sample collection centres of one of the most authentic lab named dr lal path labs for the same tests for urine. And the results were alarming in reports of both the reports of the same lab. Reports of few tests were:

1. Microalbumin 287 mg/l and 113 mg/l
2. Creatinine - 103.44 mg/dl and 63.63 mg/dl
3. Microalbumin : creatinine ratio - 277.46 mg/g creat and 177.59 mg/g creat

Seeing the above results, which report should i share with the doctor and what medication would i be getting.

The results are so alarming that it can be the reason of death if proper dose is not given.

Request you to please intervene and look into this matter as lacs and crores of patients goes to this lab for tests. And many doctors recommend this lab for its authenticity.

I first got a lab test done for vitamin b12 in nov 2018, it showed a deficiency of vitamin b12. Hence since november, i was taking supplements for vitamin b12. The test result was 188, bio reference levels were 180-914.

In may 2019, i got the retest done. Having regularly taken medication, the report i received is shocking. The bio-ref intervals have changed in 6 months, how can this be? Now my b12 is 1720.00 whereas the reference level is 211-911.

I am very scared of blood and my blood pressure usually goes down when someone is taking a sample. I cannot keep doing this again and again because of in-competency o[censored]ntrained pathologists at dr lal labs. Their only objective seems to be taking the fee and not care about the result quality.

As a patient, if i believe the result, i would end up taking a medication which i am not even required to take. This is a pathetic state of affair.

This is to report a very horrendous and unwelcome incident that me and my wife have faced with dr lal path labs. I have been a customer of dr lal path labs since a long time and was under the false perception that it is a very professional and genuine company, but this incident has changed my views.

On 14th august 2018, my wife provided her blood sample for testing tsh and haemoglobin. I had booked for home collection of sample. The invoice id is inv[protected].

The home collection executive named barun praminck visited my home and collected the blood sample of my wife. He provided a receipt (No 171655) the lab id mentioned on the receipt was[protected]. The collection executive told that the report shall be available within 1 day. After that, even after a lapse of 3 days, when i found that the reports are still not generated, i called up the customer care. On providing the lab id, i came to know that my wife's blood sample has been swapped with someone called mr goel and my wife's blood test report has not been generated. The customer care executive advised me to contact the collection center at psc park circus, kolkata branch. On calling the park circus branch, someone called mr mandal picked up and gave vague explanations that "i don't know anything", "please call someone else" etc.

I called up the collection executive and he told me to contact customer care again. After calling customer care, again i was told to contact the collection center. Ultimately i was unable to understand whom to actually call, and what to do. I had to cancel the appointment with the consulting doctor treating my wife for which i had to undergo a loss of rs 1000.

I am totally shocked and disappointed with such pathetic service from dr lal. I am frightened to think about the plight of that mr goel whose reports were tested by my wife's blood sample.

Very untrained phlebotomist. She wasn't properly dressed. She # 3 times but unable to draw sample... Swelling and reddishness occurred in those 3 # areas.. She was not even taking care of hygiene. She was putting the syringes down on the floor and than again picking without sanitising. Finally other phlebotomist was called from neighbouring local lab who has # in very first go. Total 40 mins wasted just for giving sample with the lab id[protected]
After that i've been told that my full reports would be released within 24 hours. After 24 hours i've been told to wait for 3-4 more hours. Than they said due to 15th august delhi staff isn't there so there is no doctor to sign on the reports but the reports are ready but not uploaded. They will be uploaded next day morning. On the next day i've been told that sample is not yet started for processing. So in the evening reports will be out. I said " you guys already taken more than 48 hours". They assured me again and again for the evening reports.in the evening till 7 pm no reports again they started apologising and told me to wait for 2-3 hours. Than suddenly around 11:30 pm in the night i got the message from lal path lab that sample was insufficient, needs to collect again". I was so surprised that why i've not been informed on since 14th aug morning till 16th aug that the sample is not enough. Only after 3 days they realised this.
Now you can look the degree of harassment i've faced from lal path lab whether it's the main lab of delhi or the local lab in patiala (L92, ajay narula, patiala cc 8, shop no. 2, hem bagh). They've not only harassed me so much but wasted our time also in which patient's health has deteriorated. I've not seen such a pathetic service anywhere else.

Extremely disappointed with your services. I got a test done with Lab no.[protected], samples were submitted on 02.01.2017; report was expected in 7-10 working days. I visited your outlet today (11.01.2017) and asked for the report. I was given a report dated 03.01.2017 stating that the samples provided were not clear.

Now my questions are:
- If the samples were not clear, why did u guys not even bother to give me a call to discuss this?
- Why was the report handed over to me today and that too upon asking about the status. The executive told me that he has received the report last evening only (eventhough it is dated 03.01.2017). What is going on? Is this how you treat your customers?

I am going to escalate this issue till I get a resolution as a patient's treatment is dependent on your reports and such callous attitude is unacceptable.
