Due to Machine problem Dengue report will be delayed by one day...This was a message I got from reputed lab test center. Its really pathetic that how can they say like that. Are they using only one machine across all Pune. My doctor is waiting for report and based on that he will decide my son treatment.

This is really pathetic situation for such a reputed labs.

My dengue test 17.sep.2023 has done but they didn't not give my report till today 19.sep.2023, they are not to refund my amount.
This report not valid after 2day...

I am writing to complain about the unsolicited commercial communication (UCC) or spam messages that I have been receiving from Dr. Lal PathLabs, a service provider of diagnostic and related healthcare tests in India.

I have never visited or availed any service from Dr. Lal PathLabs, but someone accidentally gave my mobile number to them, I guess. And now they are spamming my messages with promotional offers and reminders for tests that I have not booked or taken.

I have tried to contact their customer care and request them to stop sending me messages, but they did not resolve the issue. They said that they will remove my number from their database, but they did not do so. I am still getting messages from them every day.

This is causing me a lot of inconvenience and annoyance. It is also violating my privacy and the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) regulations for unsolicited commercial communication (UCC).

I request you to take strict action against Dr. Lal PathLabs for sending me spam messages without my consent. I also request you to direct them to delete my number from their records and stop sending me any messages in the future.

My covid sample has not reached to lab even after 24hrs and this is happening in Delhi ncr. I got to know about this when I called them about delay in my report.
Was my sample in some one bag in office or home. What's the professionalism you carry if you can't even tell this upfront.
How I can be sure you have not mixed up my sample, is the test still valid, do i end my quarantine and come out if it says negative.

You guys are irresponsible and even unethical in keeping me dark for 24hrs.

I had booked a rapid test for which their mobile application had suggested to get it done and get the reports on the same day. But it has been more than 24 hours and I still have not received the reports.

Sir It is submitted that i SATENDRA SINGH was visited on 10.10.2022 in Dr. Lal Pathlabs at Pushpanjali Hospital & Research Centre, Agra. I paid amount of rs. 2211/- vide registration no. 213449 on 10.10.2022. All test done except of Blood Culture but whole amount is already paid. Blood culture test not conducted by the above lab and not refund my amount. I am already visited in lab 03 times but they are not responded satisfactory reply and not agree for refund my amount

My Pregnant wife (Ms Devyani) suggested to perform routine Urine Culture & Glucose test which she booked from Dr. Lal PathLabs home collection.

On 29.04.22 both Urine & Glucose sample was taken from home at 6:30am by a person name Sagar Maity. (Attached receipt) which was registered in their collection unit around 7.01 pm (almost after 9 hours) as per Dr. Lal Pathlab portal and then received at processing lab at 2:30pm next...

I gave my blood samples on 19th April 2021, multiple tests like CBC, CRP, Ferritin, LDH ..
Lab no and bill receipt came on my phone via sms. The bill value Rs3330.
But no report received even after 3 days the lab number record is only missing.
When I enter the lab number I received on my phone no record is shown.

Awaiting report still.
Lost trust.. feeling cheated

I'm writing to register a complaint against the staff present at vasundhara enclave, delhi branch.

I'm disappointed with the level of services provided by this particular testing center. My mother is denied a copy of receipt after paying full amount for her sugar test. Test centre staff available had the audacity to return her blood sample in a tube. After warning him there shall be a complaint registered against him, he had the face to tell her "nobody will listen to her". She has the sample with her while we are on our way to a hospital to get test done. It is regretful that lal path lab doesn't train it's employees simple etiquettes.in these distress times, my mother, who is in her 50's, has to step out of safe zone and travel to a hospital to get a test done. I shall be pursuing/highlighting this case to media if this complaint is not registered with highest administration level at path lab and shall ensure an action against the lab.

I booked for a alcohol serum screening on 6th october, the phlebotomist arrived on the same day, collected blood samples and charged us with rs 780/-; my order number is 667606. They promised to dispatch the reports within 24hours, but despite many calls to the customer care, we have not received the reports yet as of 19th november. Recently my wife had to undergo vitamin d blood test. We called dr lal pathlab (Salua bazar, post - rajarhat, west bengal 700136). The blood collector who came was totally unprofessional and did'nt know how to collect blood. He injected the shringe in wrong place almost over the bone of left hand. She has got swelling in hand and the hand pained for next 3 days.
She also got black and blue over the area where shringe was injected.
God knows what is the recruitment criteria for this company. Please look into this so that appropiate action is taken on the quality.

I would like to raise a complaint against drlal path lab, ashok vihar phase 2 branch.
the billing exec here do not ask for medical prescriptions for the tests but the doctors inside talk impolitely and ask for the same once you have paid for the tests. in my case I went for an ultrasound of whole abdomen when the dr here, dr divya goel started throwing attitude . firstly she alonhwoth her assistant was constantly making faces on seing me the first time she asked once if my bladder was dull for the test, I said I wasn't sure she made a really unprofessional face and asked me to wait. post that when I went back to meet her she started asking me questions really rudely and mistook me for someone else as well "ye madam to wahin hai" was what her assistant said. when I tried talking with her she rudely gave me the bill and said I will not do your test, she also asked her assistant to go and return my bill and refund money, I haven't seen such a doctor ever. they already charge much more than other diagnostic chains and behave like that with patients. please take a strong action on this.

Blood & urine samples were collected from the patient Ms Tanya on 3sept 2018 at 17.18 hrs with promise of reports by next day at 12noon. A payment of Rs 1580/ - was made and a receipt was obtained. On repeated reminder to customer care no, only urine report was uploaded on internet site and it was promised that at 5pm evening balance three reports would be provided at 1700 hrs Again on contacting, it was promised to be provided at 19oo hrs but even at 2015 hrs reports have not been provided. The patient is having high fever and doctor is waiting for reports to prescribe medicines..

Pl look into the matter and penalise the company for this gross lapse,

Dr lal pathlabs (medicave at sinthir more, kolkata) was offering "thyroid detection panel" test for rs.399 instead of rs.570. the advertising leaflet was their on the reception which i didn't notice and they took rs. 570 from me. later on, when i went there to collect my reports i saw the advertisement and claimed for discount, which they refused to give and said that discount will be given to those who will claim it. please help me in this matter as soon as possible. i am not only complaining for my incident only but it might have faced by many.

I availed dr lal path lab service from lab no 2067672 on 29th Sep & lab no 3054066 on 9th Oct 2012, after the test while paying i asked the attendant to provide me the printed bill but they all refused & gave me a hand written bill, when i requested lab & then later to customer care dept to provide me the printed bill, they all refused. Your services are just like a poor govt organisation where you cannot provide a sytem generated bill. A very poor service from you therefore i will never visit your lab in future to get the test done, infact i will never suggest any of my friends & relatives & inform this poor experience to all. To my surprise your online feedback form services are pathetic, while submitting the feedback it shows some kind of error.

My Blood Culture Report not provided by Dr Lal PathLabs even after a 6 days of giving the sample which should have been provided within 5 days. (Sample was taken at 7:30 AM on 19th June 2009)

This has stopped my further treatment and caused my health to be deteurated. All my further treatment is depndent on this report.

I have been told that sundays are not counted so does that mean that blood is taken out of incubater on holidays? And I am sure it spoils the sample.


I am currently admitted to Fortis Hospital Noida without the report. Now I will have to give the sample again since I do not know whether Dr LalPathLabs give the accurate report.

This has caused me monetery and health loss, and mental disburbance. I now have to stay for more prolonged period in the hospital due to this.


I need authorities to take serious action on such matters which can cause fatalities.

We have paid payment via Receipt No 30196 dated 29/04/08 for Rs. 220/- towards Blood Sugar P.P and Fasting.

Since patient is suffering from Dementia, Diabtes, High Blood Pressure and condition is very serious they are not displaying and handing over the report. We have to continue medication if something happens to the patient, I request you to please take up the case and help. Thanks...
