We are facing heavy problems regarding drainage cleaning system

And we are unable to Rome on street

Hi,
I'm a resident in d. Jayavarthanavelu nagar (Near hope's college opp to grg school). The drainage people pull out all the dirt from drainage and they just leave it on the roads. It's not being cleared and we are getting lots of smell.
Everytime they clean they will ask us money. If we are not there they don't clean and it's been left there for weeks together. Not able to sit at home.

Will a action be taken...
