I have availed the services of the company M/s. DRS DILIP ROADLINES LIMITED, popularly known as AGARWAL PACKERS & MOVERS, for transporting my household items from Visakhapatnam to Gandhinagar ( Gujarat).

The company’s branch office at Visakhapatnam had collected the luggage (51 cartons) from our house at Gajuwaka, Visakhapatnam on 24.11.2021. They promised us to deliver the luggage at Gandhinagar ( Gujarat) around 1st week...

My GC number is 481425, I have booked my luggage from Delhi to Chennai . Goods was picked from Delhi on 30.05.2022 and deliver at Chennai received after more than 25days, whereas at the time of booking I was promised to deliver within 12 days. But it was not over, my two items are missing . Sr. No 3 & Sr number 10. I had contacted all numbers of the company, but no one in your company to redress the grievances. The company is least bother for customer' s complaints. Still I m waiting for my missing items
