Material lifted from Bangalore to bidar promising will delivered within 7 days but still not delivered material to my home bidar Karnataka, Am chasing them but not response from DRS Dilip Roadline Ltd...

Complaint:
1. Heavy scratches on TANK (both sides)
2. Heavy scratches on front MUD GUARD
3. Battery cover deformed & scratches found
4. Right side HANDLE damaged
5. Minor scratches all over

This is totally unacceptable from such group of packers/movers.

I have booked my household material dt 18/04/2023 thru drs dilip raodlines ltd and total 65 packages was taken by them

total material was booked under transit insurance against which company took advance premium from me

material was delivered on 26/04/2023 and when we opened all our material we found our below articles are totally damaged

washing machine
split ac compressor

when we submitted all images and videos of material while unpacking and subsequently surveyor visited our place and thereafter report was submitted to concern deptt

after that we have been chasing claim deptt but again after 9-10 days today i.E on 18th may we have been told that our insurance claim cannot be processed citing illogical clause and policies i.E they just want to harass customer

I have booked my house hold items from visakhapatnam to kurukshetra, haryana on 26 feb 20. The packers were drs dilip roadlines ltd group by agarwal packers & movers. The gc no is 4606696.The contact no of the person is [protected] and [protected]. I have booked 06 items and i was told that the items will be delivered within 10 days to kurukshetra. However i have not received the items till date and facing a lot of metal and financial burden as my cloths, kitchen items etc are in the package.
I have repeatedly called the customer care of the roadlines but not got any answer. I have also called the booking agegnt at visakhapatnam, gurugram and chandigarh but didn't find any solution.
