My DL smart card is not printed my licence number issued on[protected]
Still its been almost 3 months and still i haven't got my Driving licence
Please help me .

I am arvind kumar work in indian bank belongs to bettiah earlier I was worked in daman now i got transfer daman to jehanabad I purched Honda dream yoga bike in daman while I transfer from that time i was taken noc from dto office daman when i came bettiah that time i sumitted all document even i paid road tax 3840 they told me that within a month your letter will be issue but after one year no any letter issue by dto office bettiah i contact then they told that it will be take a time please help me

Department is not providing me my Original Driving Licence. On 8/10/2014 they provide me driving licence in normal paper which contain details of my driving licence, but it is not useful for any purpose because it is on white paper.
I have already paid charges for Smart Card but they are not issuing. They said that the card is not available. nearly 1.5 years has passed
Please solve my issue.
