I am writing to inform you the unsatisfactory performance of the DUROFLEX Comfy range mattress. I am shocked to find that the sleep is uncomfortable due to the development of big valley, dip and body impression upon usage. This is causing aches and pain as the mattress is gradually losing its structure, firmness and supportive qualities which is not acceptable.

I purchased duroflex grand plus mattress in 2014 which has 5 years warranty. After one and half year, all the springs has gone and totally it is going down while we slept on the mattress. We are feeling like there is no mattress on our bed.
