The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

I bring to kind notice of the people of Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula that if possible avoid visiting Tricity auto Maruti dealer for sale or service. As they are never fulfill their commitments and worse part is that when you take up the matter with MD Dhruv Garg, he is rude. He don't know how to talk to his customers. As per his version Customer is not God....

I am Dr Asokan Pillai, Medical Superintendent, ESI Hospital Parippally, Kerala. I have booked a Maruti Dzire Zd1Diesel, in my wife's name, Maya Devi I, Shiv Ganga, Bhoothakulam on 6/6/2008. The colour I selected was Azure Grey . At the time of booking they told me that the vehicle will be delivered within Three months. Now it is more than Nine months and still I didn' get the Car. The bokking agent is Sarathy autocars...
