I have purchased a "earth titanium studio" apartment in the project by earth iconic infrastructures pvt ltd at the project location "tech zone (tz) - 06, greater noida, gautam budh nagar, uttar pradesh.

The mou was duly stamped on 20th of september 2013.
My customer code is etts - 0492.

Under this"assured return scheme", which the builder said is 'bank guaranteed', they were supposed to pay me an assured...

I booked two appartments in july 2013, Earth Titanium Studios with Earth Infrastructures pvt ltd Delhi and paid Rs 2719500 for each appartment. Company assured to give assured return 12% till possession as per agreement held with company.

They paid assured return till sep 2015 and stop paying oct 2015 onward.I visited to them to discuss but still not paying.

My request they should pay assured return as agreed...
