I recharged my Dad vodafone number by easy my deal . The amount of 719 with tax of 733 has been debited but recharge not done.

Flight status shows pending since last two days (order no:FLA[protected]. The amount has already been debited from the account at the time of booking.
Please help.

I have done 3 recharges they all got failed 1 recharge was on 19 july 2nd was on 21 july and 3rd was 25 july I registerted a complaint they said they will refund it but no money I have revceived till now it's been 7 days

Today I was trying to recharge my Paytm FastTag - HR01AL8221 through EaseMyDeal for the amount of 7671.51 from Amazon Wallet. The money was deducted however my FastTag recharge did not happen. I tried to contact the customer care number - [protected] but its coming as invalid.

I sent an email from the registered email ID however no one has contacted me. Request support as its my hard earn money...

I have made request to recharge my cell phone on line on 8th Nov for RS 485 and 107. Recharge was not done and message appeared that the refund will be made. Still date the refund was not made

I have made a Fastag recharge with the app EasemyDeal. Payment due to my account and money not refund it after 24 hours I have also contact it customers are good but they are still not responsing please take some action against the app is my deal and refund my money as soon as possible

I have done transaction through easemydeal using lazypay but the tansactions has been failed but when i contacted them to refund the amount to the source account they are ignoring me and they speak rudely.so i am writing this complaint against easemydeal to refund the money back.

Yesterday i have tried to loan payment on easemydeal app through lazpay.but it has been failed two times and today also i trie dit has also been failed.i have sent sent so many mails to get my refund back but they are not responding and whenever i call them they tell me to put case they will not refund the money and the customer represntatives are so rude.who are the people that given permission to these type of fraud companys to cheat customers

Dear Sir/Madam Our Money wad debited but Recharge not done please refunded amount or recharge...

Money got deducted twice from account for the fastag recharge. But the recharge did not happen. And after browsing through seems like many consumers have faced this issue. Easemydeal is just a fraud application and we should raise awarness and make people to uninstall it.
