I booked a flight on 22 Feb 2023 from chennai to mumbai and i select the wrong date of journey and call to vistara airlines customer care and they told me that within. 24 hrs from booking if you cancel flight you are eligible for full refund and they also sent msg to easy my trip that i am eligible for full refund but easy my trip can't give me full refund many time call and msg to customer care and every time they told they have ascalted...

One month I have cancelled my international flight still i didn't receive any type update or amount....

I cancelled my ticket with booking id EMT91309644 and INR 3000 is deducted as Airline Cancellation Charges where I got confirmation from airlines that there are no charges from their end.

Also i cancelled EMT91309644 and EMT91309256 on same day and same time and for EMT91309256 i for full refund, for EMT91309644 why 3k is deducted as AirlinesCancellationFees?

I spoke to 2, 3 ppl in customer care and they promised...
