I called a cab and the operator told me it would be half an hour and the cab hasn't shown up and it's been 40 minutes. So i called back and she again told me the cab would be a few more minutes and 15 minutes later the cab still hasn't shown up. This isn't the first time either. I have been frequent traveler from your cab which can be checked from your records, just to bring into your notice about the todays incident that took place during pick up in the Morning.
