I am franchise owner of easysell. i added customer amount of Rs. 4999 but they are not refunding money as well not give us voucher than i can buy other product. i want my money back. they are offering proper services.

Your sales executive Mr. Pradeep Kumar employee code (PBEM106) without any information transferred payment without legally process. I haven't receive any confirmation email from your side. Not any agreement with your company. And my documents not properly correct. Mr. Pradeep Kumar has blocked my phone number also in his phone. Now not supporting by any person and customer care. First of all I have not signed any agreement, and have not processed my documents. So I'm not interested in your company. So now I want to my payment return. Because your sales executive without any legal process transferred payment and provide wrong details about your company.
So now please return my payment. Take a action your sales executive. He is very fraud person. He is providing wrong information.
