Hello,
My name is Sandeep Das. The eco green waste driver does not come frequently, He often comes 1-2 days in a week or only on the time of payment.
Whenever Vehicle comes, he comes with a fully loaded vehicle and does not come to my location and because of that we could not know whether the waste vehicle has come or not so that we could not throw our waste.
After asking the driver why he does not come, he misbehaves and talks rudely stating that he is not our servant, it is his choice where and when he will come.
Me and all of our society has been facing this problem for so long around 1 year. I have complained several times to the Faridabad Toll Free No :[protected] and the Contractor of the drivers, who collect money. But I could not find any solution yet. Still today facing the same issue every day.
Kindly help us out and change the driver in my area or find any solution.

The behavior of the person who lifting the ecogree garbage here is not good
The GST number will not be written on it that the garbage comes and gives receipt, this receipt seems to be fake and it is clarified what is the charge of lifting garbage

Door to door garbage collection car was come once in a week but collection for money in regular basis is a very biggest scam please take corrective action as soon as possible

I'm a resident of 537f/65 sherwaninagar, Sitapur Road behind Deepak Hospital Lucknow, through garage was being door to door collected by Eco Green service provider, but from last one week they are not coming at all.
Now the dump of garage is accumulated inside our house and lots of smell, bacteria are spread over there.
It is requested to the authorities to take a look into this matter.
It is the grievance of the whole colony.

Today i want to informed you door to door collector boy demand money and told me no need to pay the guy who come from company when I opposed he misbehaved and told me don't give debris to me from tomorrow.

I am residing in D-38 Sector-D LDA Colony Kanpur Road Lucknow (near Shubham Palace) under Zone-8 Nagar Nigam Lucknow. WE regularly pay garbage lifting charges of RS 100/-pm But the agency do not lift garbage regularly leaving a gap of 3-4 days per week.The agency do not respond us or solve the problem . Every month at the time of collection of garbage charges they promise to be regular from next day but nothing is done .Please solve our problem.My name is Anjani Kumar Srivastava MO. no. May I have the Copy of your Rules, how can you define who needs to be charged for Garbage & who's Not,

For an example,
we are three small Families of three & four people Living in a house.
In front of My house their are a single Family of more than 20 peoples also living In a house.
Now come to the point.
Your Garbage fees collection persons asking us to pay 50Rupees per Family .
What is the rule, how can you charge for family. There are no aparmemt & Flats so it can't be possible.
Since Eco Green Garbage service started we are paying 50Rupees/month as a House.
We paid as a house for this month also But now they asking to pay for per Family
Since 4 days they are not collecting Garbage & not allows us to dump garbage in Eco Green Vehicle.
What are the actual Charges. In Our Street No. 17, Bhikam Colony Ballabgarh he is charging 50Rupees/Slip. In many other area in Faridabad they are charging 30 rupees as well as 40Rupees.

Need to be Clarified ASAP

Hello, I am Sunita Pant. I live in Gomti Nagar, Viram Khand-5, 5/711, Lucknow. I have a complain regarding the eco green company. They have not come to pick the garbage since 1 week. It is high time now and you all have to take strict actions now. They are not even picking up the phone. I want quick and actions to solve this problem.

MCD GARBAGE TRUCKS, DRIVERS ARE NOT DOING THEIR DUTY PROPER. They come only twice in a month and charge a fee of rs 24.and afterthat they do not come for next several days.every time they excuse that driver is just appointed in garbage truck.please fix the problem permanently. I am submitting pictures of garbage.

My complaint that your garbage collection van time is not fixed and not regularly collection .

Tradeindia has no practical platform for business promotions. Its been 8 months and i havent received a business for a penny also... All the leads provided are irrelevant, none are true. I gave them enough time but now its high time. The executives are also not picking the call since last 2 months... I have paid 50000/- and i need the refund for the same... Now, after such an irresponsible approach i am surely going to approch the rti and consumer complaint as well.

There is no cleaning and garbage collection in rajni khand -1 sharda nagar, lucknow. Garbage is piled up and on road and in this scorching summer there might be chances of speeding contagious deseases. There is no person /agency/ contractor came from last 2 months and as result mosquitoes are in large no's. There is no fogging also done from past six months.. Please take early necessary action to prevent the spreading of diseases.
