Eco Green Faridabad Complaints & Reviews

This is to bring into your attention the pathetic system of garbage collection in our area Chawla Colony Rishi Nagar Ballabgarh.
Pls note that it is becoming the Worst waste collection service ever from the Ag Enviro Co vans / vehicles as the guys donot collection garbage from our houses.
Firstly the Collection vehicle are coming only once or twice a week & Secondly Not on the doorstep even after requesting, it's about waste collection at the end of the street &
Sometimes we have to run to them with the garbage as they do not like to stop their vehicle for a little moment so that one can throw or give garbage in their vans.

Request you to please look into the matter on a serious note and take strict action against the Vehicle Guys as not taking waste from our houses is leading to very hazardous situation since waste is lying in homes & we dont know how & where are we supposed to throw the garbage.

This is to bring into your notice that
Door to door waste collection system in our area Ballabgarh Chawla Colony is not at all satisfactory. The waste collection vans of the agency -- AG Enviro Co. -- do not collect the waste properly & daily. The route of the vans is not fixed and they move in the sector at any given time or not at all.
They donot collect garbage from various houses even after calling and asking them to do so. The Van runs off immediately after entering the lane
Pls take the complaint and look into the mattet seriously and ask garbage vehicle guys to collect waste from all houses and not just from one or two houses

Staff are not operating properly and not coming to pick up the Waste.
They demand for extra money if we giveonly then they will collect garbage
I m facing this problem from couple of months, as i am a residence of main Faridabad Gurgaon road, the van comes as the opposite side of my doorstep
As traffic passes we are unable to put garbage in the van by ourselves and they are taking advantage of this condition by charging extra money from each house..
Today, THEY CLEARLY TOLD US THAT THEY WILL NOT PICK WASTE FROM MY HOUSE

What can I do if the garbage collection van in my locality (in Faridabad) will only collect garbage which is daily routine one from kitchen but not else like discard wooden items, discarded plants pots, rotten leaves, trashes if handed over to them? They don't pick up trash other den normal garbage which is also considered as garbage from our homes. It is not possible for me quit work and wait at home for them to come...

My self resident of A/187 shiv durga vihar faridabad. Eco green garbage van does not come daily near my residence. It comes only 2 or 3 times in week and does not near our house. We have to walk 500 mtr to throw the garbage.

Hi am the residence of new Parvatiya Colony, First of all the garbage van has not come daily, they just came 2 days in week or when told him about this he denied to pick garbage from my residence.

I am Manish Garg, resident of Jawahar colony Faridabad House No. 1966/4.. Employee for the Garbage picking person has not taken the garbage from my House for the last three days and refuses to take the garbage only from my House. Employee will take the whole street garbage but only refuse to me you are not send the garbage in the Garbage cart. When I threw the garbage in the cart, an employee threw out my garbage on the road.
Please help and ensure daily garbage pick up from my house also.

The van is not lifting the garbage from residence frequently.
There no fixed time for lifting the garbage. It can be 8'O clock in morning to 5 pm in evening. Most of the time the man never ring door well and leave without lifting the Garbage.

I am resident of 1688, block-A, SGM Nagar, NIT Faridabad first of all they are charging 50rs per house while others 30rs is the amount is that amount decided by govt or eco green then secondly they are not coming each day they are coming randomly in 3-4 days and lastly when they came there will be 2 person who are ragpicker i guess because they are not collecting rags from us they just keeps on separating the needful product. i am attaching a video please take appropriate steps.

I am from h.n. 1308/A, Jawahar Colony, Gurudawara Road, NIT, Faridabad where eco green company vehicle come but not collect my house garbage and Driver & Staff do the rude behavior with my family. my mother is old lady they come one to two days in a week and not took garbage from the my house and use filthy language with my old mother . I request you to please look in this matter and take action against the driver and staff . Regarding this i call many time on complaint no. but no one responds.

I am residing at vinay nagar, nr. Bal sanskar school. Our society were very much disappoint to your service from last few months because your hospitality service is not up to the mark. Your garbage van has not been come since 3 months. One of you van driver gave some complaint number and when we call up on that number every time they creates new issue and reduced to done their service. I am from surya vihar part 2 faridabad, ward no 24, kallu ka khet where eco green company vehicle come but not collect my house garbage and do the rude behavior with my family. They said to give 30 rupees without any receipt. I request you to please look in this matter.

After making complaint they come with routine but after some days this problem remains consistent... Please take this issue seriously..

In addition to this, it is further submitted that sweeper and wastage pick up staff does not come daily.in this regard i have already complaint in executive engineer mcf ballabgarh prior to one month but no action has been taken
