unauthorized money deduction
My account has been debited multiple times from ecom pur without my knowledge. Initially on 21st june 19 my account was debited with rs.72.55 twice and on 22nd june 19 it was debited with rs.2903 again without my intervention. I don't know without asking for the otp how the amount was deducted from the merchant because i didn't received any otp on my number rather a message came that the amount is deducted. Kindly help me out in getting my refund.
