Edelweiss Broking Ltd Complaints & Reviews

Dear sir,

I have franchiese since 2008, (Anagram stockbroking ltd, after merger with edelweiss broking, its ebl). My terminal was deactivated from monday 08th october 2018, and after talk, request, complain with such perticular persons, yet today, on 11th october 2018, no any further steps taken for activate my terminal. Further after deactivate terminal, after submit all docs, all procedure, yet no any response from such responsible persons.in this time of franchiese, its very bad, very hard time for us. Pls. Take any actions and do the needful.

I paranji venugopal having an trading a/c with edelweiss since 2018. I was doing trading with slow and making little profit.in may 2018 their chennai manager contacted me showing stars and he will do trading for me. He sold all shares and done trading 15 to 17 and made big loss of rs 85000. I am aged 74 with little income. He never told about my loss till all my money gone with wind. When ever i ask he was telling lot of lies. When i get short fall msg from h. O. He told there is no short fall and said msg is false. On 4 th day i came to know my loss was 85k. When i complained to their compliance officer no action has been taken since 2 months. I fed up and closed my a/c. Now they say they closed my complaint as i closed my a/c. The company is of lies, fraud. Cheating. Please don't go to this company at any cost.

I have to file a complain at NSE OFFICE Chennai and consumer court Bangalore for mental trauma and trouble given by edelweiss broking ltd.
I will close my demat account asap.By doing such activities you degrade the brand and make huge loss to the business .I do not understand the kind of work culture you are having as i have no confidence left in this company.By just keeping such a small amount you will loose huge business and credibility for sure.The company is delaying and not willing to pay my refund security deposit by giving all stupid responses.everyday they will send me mail for asking extra one day to deliver the refund but its all excuse as they are delaying it as much as they can.Now they have send me mail that they will send the refund cheque to hyderabad which is disgusting as i was suppose to receive it from bangalore office.everyday i have to enquire bangalore office and they say next day i will get the refund but its not yet done.
They are playing treasure hunt with me by giving all stupid mails and making it impossible for me to get the refund.They have sent mail that they had dispatched cheque to Bangalore office which for obvious reasons did not reach .Now i really wonder why they are sending it to Hyderabad office as they have already conveyed me priorly to collect it from Bangalore office.They have already deducted considerable amount from my security but still they are not refunding the balance amount.My address is from Bangalore and not from Hydearbad but still they are irresposible.Kindly help me with the issue before i go to court and NSE for further solution.

I am using Edelweiss for my stock trading. I had stock of ITC Ltd. Edelweiss representative called me and asked to sell the stock which I denied. Inspite of this he sold stock from my holding. This is breach of security and trust on client by Edelweiss. I complained about this and instead of resolving issue, they are saying its sold by me only. I asked for IP and it was not mine and they are not giving there IP, since its there IP address.
This is very serious mistake from Edelweiss and moreover they are not accepting. I hope in future they dont take there client granted.

Would like to hav stern action against concern person.

I am Jaiganesh.K from chennai. I opened a prepaid brokerage online share trading account with Edelweiss Broking Ltd. on 11-March-2010. The amount that I paid was Rs.4,950/- through HDFC cheque # 228334.

I have been completely given false information such as Securities and Transaction tax (STT), additional brokerage of 1 paisa per share along with service tax and all other charges everything are...

I am an employee of EDELWEISS broking ltd.
i worked in the co. from 7july to 15 sep. 2009. i have received salary for 1 month only.
i have not received my remaining salary+conveyence.
pls check it.
