I want to purchase one pulse oximeter for that I got online site from Facebook advertisement. I paid the amount on 9th May, 2021 but after that I am not getting my product and no Information regarding the delivery of the item till now. I send them a mail and they told me that either they will dispatch the item as soon as possible or they will return back the amount. But now I saw that the website is also not working....

I was ordered Finger tip Pulse Oximeter from online site elbrushop.com an order no is ELBRU1742. for that paid advance 1399 to confirmed booking. But yet no response from them. So I did mail on [protected]@elbrushop.com, in reply they old that cancel the order & we
will refund.
But still no Cancellation confirmation mail nor amount received.
Kindly Do needful to protect others from such fraud
....

I have paid the full amount, but there is no response from them. No reply is given .it seems to be a Fraud company. We are all victimized. There are more than 100 complaints registered on this company...
