Not issuing original registry papers

I have made all the payments for my plot in Eldeco, Panipat.
Pot is registered in my name however, I have been unable to get my originl registry papers after doing multiple follow-ups. Their customer support team is completely unaware and has no idea how to respond. They make false promises and are not at all helpful. Moreover, their attitude is so bad that you would think twice before contacting them. I am completely disappointed with the way they work.
I would suggest everyone think before dealing with Eldeco.

Poor facilities high maintenance. Bad staff.

I am resident of Eldeco Panipat. My concern is with poor cleniness providing by Eldeco. Security guards are like dummy statue, they only do namaste and good morning while smoking biri all the time, but not doing their basic job. And the worst part is My gate application loaded with lot of features but useless. I raised sonmany complaints and all are closed without any solution. The staff even don't call and ask for the issue.. Sara din gutka khata hai aur thookta hai safai manager Mr Singh. In the name of maintenance you are charging high fees and there is no facilities. Hamara Paisa haram ka hai kya...? Free ka paise khane wale ko kya bola jata hai...? Moreover club is using for parties and marriage and we have also given membership of 50k about 8 years ago and we are not even allowed to use the club. Now 5000/- is subscription fee. 2000/- per head per activity fee.. what the hell is this... ? Itna corruption..? This time I am very much annoyed and if no action taken will go to consumer forum...

POOR CONSTRUCTION QUALITY
Through this mail I would like to bring in attention the POOR QUALITY OF HOUSING BY PANKAJ BAJAJ M.D. of the company, I have following issues which every one must read before daring to buy any property of this C GRADE company:
1Theft case are very high (every second day you will find house breaking case.) very poor mgmt.
2.Management of the properties is pathetic.
3.Seepage is in almost all the projects (CASES PENDING WITH CONSUMER COURTS OF INDIA AND ECONOMICS OFFENCE WING)
4.M.D. of this company is a big thief who can do good marketing but final product is pathetic.
5.If you dont trust this then you can meet residents of ANY OF THE PROPERTY DEVELOPED BY ELDECO and truth will be in front of you immediately.
With this mail I warn all the owner not to buy there property and say NO TO ELDECO

I am Agree With All the Investor how Invest in Eldeco Group it's a Very Third Class & Very Poor Construction company in India Because Company Owner Pankaj Bajaj is Professional Trickster & Big Thief Cheep Type of Neture My Advise pls Convey the all new Investors Take Care this Name " ELDECO"
At one point of time Eldeco use to boast of ISO-9001 and DR-2 Rating from ICRA (see past snap of their web site http://www.freezepage.com/[protected]SIYUPWQVCW)
And now see their web site these are gone.
Thanks to angry customers and lip service by Eldeoc to customer satisfaction.
They cut corner in every aspect leaving customer disillusion with thie qulaity.

this guy is absolutly right, the property at eldeco is substanderd and not good place to invest your hard earned mony in eldeco they alter their approved plan and they can spoil your life the best example to check it out is the sanskriti enclave in eldeco colony udyan2 raiberrily road where an unauthorised and illegal construction of SHAADI and laudge of a private persion is has been made by them for their cheap interest on the cost of the life of the old and sick people residing with their family.so my advise to you please avoid that place for investment.
This is the worst Company in Noida/--Never fullfill any commitment made by them--Marketing people are lier--Project team has no knolwledge--No direction-Worst attitude of Eldeco Employees

I have a flat T7-003 in ELDECO Saubhagyam wich is located in Lucknow.
I have taken possession of flat on 27th Jan 2017 after assurance that my flat will be finished.
I have pointed the few places where work has to done to site engineer, And even escalated to higher ups in Lucknow, There is no substantial improvement as far as work is concern.
Even, I am highly dissatisfied with the quality of construction.
Kindly guide me where to approach to get my work done as per the standard.
