Dear sir
We are highly dissatisfied from government services. We have received electricity bill of rs 11580 for april month.
This amount is huge as compared to our previous bill. Also in a house where only 2 person lives, where we use only fan, lights and tv, the bill cannot be that much. We are not in a capacity to pay a monthly bill of 11580 to you
Also our reading for april month as seen by us is only 400 something. Please recorrect our bill and send us new one.
Thanku for your services. Hope that you resolve my problem asap and before 17th april which is the last date to pay bill.
hello sir! Can you plz tell me that your bill got corrected or not..because I am also facing the same problem.

They aren't delever our electricity Bill at the same time Kindly take a strictly action about this issue because they aren't doing there job properly in katrasgarh dhanbad district.

Humbly request to you please take an adequate step and solve this problem as soon as possible.

    Sir i am the consumer of nbpdcl, from the month of october 2017 to january 2018 my meter readings is accurately but i get over charged. Bill shows that 21-12-17 to 23-1-18 the unit is 1436 but i not consume 1436 unit, it is happen because of no one comes to read meter till 16-2-18.
    After that reader come at my home and he read the meter and gives me 1436 unit in one month i want to please i request you to check my bill and solve my problem,

      I'm getting too much of my electric bill than the usage..in oct 2017 i got a bill of 973 and in november it's 1651 though the usage were same as in both months but the difference was around 700 more.. So i doubt if something is wrong with the electric meter or else someone is doing some unauthorized use of my electric.. I even have complained in the electric office here but there's no feedback.. So plz help..

        I am unable to open my login i'd in tangedo.

        This is happening for the 3rd time.

        The eb office to pay my bill is very much far away from my home.

        This is very bad in case of some emergency payments.

        Should i go to the eb office every month and spend more than an hour for it???

        Then why is this login id is provided for??

        Please see through the problem.
        And i don't want this to happen the next time.

        We are being overcharged on our current bill .we are 2working employees staying in a flat with minimum use of Fan fridge and tv and there is nothing else e.g. use where we received 800bill

          However my connection has been disconnected to due to non payment of bill on 11/16/17, which prior to due date.

          Transaction reference number is jici[protected].

          So please take some action against the person who is on duty and disconnected my connection without proper checking.

                        I get usally rs 100 to a maximum of rs 150/- in any month august 36000.00.
                        Now i got the bill amount to pay is rs 36000/- which was surprising. Even though on line bill no showing in web site. Bill was recived thrugh
                        I veryfied with meeter. It is brick ling. The meter reading as on just 2.

                          The complaint is against m. P. M. K. V. V. C. L. For incorrect and unethical billing and corruption.
                          The meter reading is not considered while billing and estimated units are added while the meter is functioning properly. The amount payable is doubled or tripled as the estimated units by the authority are also added to the actual consumed units. At times, the actual metered units are not recorded and the billing is carried out simply based on the estimated units which is extremely high. Many written complaints including rti have been filed regarding the incorrect billing but no action has been taken yet. The incorrect billing is being carried out in all over the district. Several complaints have been made but nothing has happened till now. Public has to pay some bribe to get their bills adjusted.
                          Even the meter is not being replaced if they feel that it is not functioning properly. The public is facing this problem since few years and it is not being resolved.
                          The company is intentionally carrying out incorrect and unethical billing practices to raise their revenue which is simply fraud on their part.

                          Kindly find attached the copy of electricity bill which clearly shows that they have not recorded/considered the metered units but instead of which they have added 200 units as estimated. Sometimes, they make it 400 and sometimes 300.

                          Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.
                          Hoping for prompt action against the authority responsible.
                          High bill for one month generated meter is running fastly one months unit is 738 please help

                            Mahavitaran is sending bills from last 1 year without taking reading. Sometimes they are mentioning meter status as faulty and sometimes normal. We have a connection from last 25 years and our bill amt never goes beyond 500. But in month of may-2017 we hv received bill of rs. 11310. After my complaint and follow up they have redused it to 3370. And meter status is r. N. A. I hv given lot many complaints. Also sent mails to their helpdesk id but there is no any revert from mahavitaran. Mentioning below the bill history of last 1 year. Kindly help to resolve the problem.

                              I have got electricity bill of rupees 4700/- this month. We are only 5 people but we don't stay long at home because two are student and two works... Only my mother stay home but she too sit in a single room and never use any electrical appliance which could use much electricity... We don't have any electronic devices that comsume huge electricity except one ac which we hardly use. I raised complaint at tpddl but they put "resolved" status at my complaint without even taking any step... Also they denied to less the bill amount without checking the error... No one from electricity broad are ready to give proper response and they are very rude to customers and they are not even repling to our mail... Can you please help me whom should i approach to escalate this issue. I just need to know the reason am ok to pay the amount if it found valid... But i am sure this is not valid... Please help us...                                 Not sure on what basis they have calculated electricity bill for this month my usc#[protected], i can see previous and current month reading value showing as same and they quoted consumed 203 units, after inquiry they are saying our meter has blown up so they are considering previous month units itself.
                                How they will consider, does summer bill will same as winter, obviously summer consumption o[censored]nits will be high as every one use air condition, where as in winter no use as such and not even comparable i believe is a minimum basic common sense they should have and more over we were outstation in this month for a week. How you going to blame the customer that if the meter has gone bad or not working why we should take this charge on our head.
                                Till now meter was not replaced at again they are saying they will consider same units for upcoming month as well, do you think people were stupids here just paying out what ever you quote in the bill. Request you to consider my complaint on priority and suggest what will be the next action on this.

I stay with family of 3 members including me and I dont have any electronic devices that comsumes huge electricity except one AC which we hardly use in this rainy season. I tried to enqire but non from electricity broad are ready to give proper response and they are very rude to customers and they warned me that they can disconnect the power if not paid on time.                                     Actually my bill date is on june 20, but this time i have missed to pay and checked on 21.

                                    As the fine has been imposed and willing to pay on july 1st week.

                                    My pending amount is for only one month,

                                    But the line man of our area has disconnect electricity, as fine has been imposed so we can pay around 10 to 15 days.

                                    But how can he disconnect electricity for us.

                                    This is primary info to you, as you guys have to take action. Iam farwading this issue to your higher dept.

                                    So many area will be waited for 3 months. But i was in out of station i have missed to pay the bill and checked on june 21,

                                      Bill amount for the month of june 2017 for our consumer number[protected] was rs 4390/- upto 29.06.17 and if paid upto 19.06.17 the amount is rs 4350/-. We made online payment on 18.06.17. But then too the amount deducted was rs. 4386.31/-. Even after paying much before due date why excess payment of rs 36/- has been deducted by you. Whereas in the payment confirmation message the amount displayed as paid is rs. 4350/-.

                                      We want the refund of rs 36/- wrongly deducted by you.

My house meter was changed in jan 2017 n den onwards bill is unbelieveavle increasing every month... Totally unconditional...                                           My consumer no is[protected]*. i m getting high amount of bill from May-2016 till today.My meter was found defective and was replaced in August -2016 and was sent for lab testing, i was told that the report will come within six months, since february 2017 the concerned officer mr. Sawant has reminded them by sending e mails regularly still they are not giving the report, mind well that the report will go to audit section for approval, so how much more time i have to wait for the credit ?

                                            This is Rohit Sharma my father shri R.A.Sharma facing alot of problem regarding average bill amount rs 17620 his ivrs no. Problem is that the meter is not working since last 1 year and my father complaint 2-3 times in electricity office but there is no action take so electricity office give average bill 17620 rs since last year and electricity employe cut the connection so i want to change the meter as soon so correct reading comes to pay it regularly and please correct the average amount. Before that my father paid 70 unit bill because he live alone in karera shivpuri due to his job thats y he live alone but now a days there is no light so my father live in his frd house and there is no officer to listen my father problem and he only said pay the bill than we will talk and my father said there is too much amount so if you right average amount according to fan and cfl than i will pay but not listening any words so i request you to please do some enquiry and correct my bill amount and connect my new meter connection so please do something sir

The bill was corrected and accordingly I paid Rs 355/ as per correction but in the current bill the amounts is 4479 and Meter reading is showing as 639 units .May be the issue is with meter. Kindly correct the same for early payment.

                                              मै मुगलसराय नयी बस्ति, सर्कस रोड मकान. संख्या-89/A निवासी हूँ, मेरे मकान से बिजली खम्भा दुर होने के कारण बीच मे बास पर तार लपेटकर मकान तक आया है, वह बार टूट जाता है, इस स्थिति मे दुर्घटना होने के आसार है, यहाँ बिजली विभाग मे मेरा कोई अनुरोध न सुना जा रहा है, मेरा बिजली का खम्भा लगाने का अनुरोध भी नहीं सुना जा रहा है, दुरभाग्यवश किसी भी प्रकार की दुर्घटना होने पर मेरा सह परिवार सहित कोई दोष न होगा ।
                                              अतः आपसे अनुरोध है, की मेरी तथा नगरवासीयो कि कठिनाइयों का समाधान करें।

I paid because i thought it may for changing the new meter. But december also i got rs.1598 (I did not pay still now). Kindly do the needful. Please suggest what to do.                                                     I get usally rs 100 to a maximum of rs 150/- in any month during last 5 years.
                                                    Now i got the bill amount to pay is rs 478/- which was surprising. Even though the house is locked.

                                                    I veryfied with meeter. It is brick ling. The meter reading as on 20/07/2016 is 2551 units.
                                                    (6/10/2016) the meter reading is 2782 units when the house door is locked.

                                                    I think the meeter is not working.
                                                    Pl. Repace the the meeter and justyfy the bill accordingly.

                                                      I am user of domestic connection, MPEB. I am regularly getting electricity usage bill of Rs.8000/- to 10000/- against electricity consumption. I am getting wrong bill since April 2016.

                                                      It is just not possible for me to have used so much of electricity. There are only two people at home and that too, we are mostly out of home. My electricity bill should not be more than 1500/- or maximum 2000/-

                                                      When i lodge the complaing in Naugaon electricity board (for Dhar, MP), they said to check the meter and replaced it with other one. Then, they got it checked in one and half month and said meter is working fine and i have to pay complete bill amount which i paid. Again, next bill was very high and i lodged the conplaint. They are not listening to my conplaint now and not resolving my issue from last 6 months. I almost wasted my 40000/- on wrong electricity bills which i want to get adjusted or refunded in same electricity connection.

                                                      There seems a mistake in noting down the reading but i am paying the amount for which i am not at all liable.

                                                      Please rectify this mistake so that I can pay the actual amount. Thanking you in anticipation,

                                                        It is regarding wrong electricity bill since 1st day of connection. This is Reena Devi from Jehanabad, My CA No. is[protected] & last meter reading as per bill generated is 6153.
                                                        I am getting wrong bill since first day of connection & now my bill is Rs. 71399. I am totally disappointed with the service provided by the electricity department. I have complaint more than 5 times regarding the same but didn't get any effective solution.

                                                        I am attaching last bill generated by SBPDCl.

                                                        So i request you kindly to resolve my query as soon as possible.

                                                        Every month we paid EB bill, but they r giving notice again rs 2653 to pay additional last month, i asked to reason and detail for this rs 2653, they dont have any record for this amount but they r telling simply need to pay this amount, every time reading taker doing mistake salem district -Thammampatty, please send detail by postal asap .

No.002302 on 25/07/2016 in Kiosk No.05.Original bill amt.was Rs.3522.90 against which I paid Rs.4139.This amt was charged without giving any reason as to for what it has been charged.Now bill dt.03/08/2016 has come and is showing an outstanding amount of Rs.609.04.Please clarify and do the needful at your end so that I can pay my bill at the earliest.
