Elite international has called me for form filling work. Its representative has told me only that you have to fill 600 forms in 6 days per form 35 rs. I agree for that work to do. But they not told me that they will make a 100 rs stamp paper. When i got the document mail from company i checked and when i see this stamp paper i called its representative and asked her that you people have not told me about this - stamp paper. Then i mailed company to disquilify my work. After 2-3 days one person called me telling him self as a advocate (Rahul) hire from the company he was calling from latur that company has complain about me that i have not fullfil its work when i told him that i have cancelld this work as a was not provided proper detais from company. And also mailed about legal notice and court case ewas thretning me. And company has send me its address in aurangabad maharasta based. I talled him that i have mailed company to disquilify my work because they have not given me proper detail. He was threnting me about legal notice and when i called company representative about my mail she told me that i dont know about this. I have received a text massage from "br-arbitr" mentioneing that about court and legal matter settling dues and payment outside the court.

On 22th of august i got a call from this number ([protected]) a company named "elite international" for work from home. They told me that i don't have to pay registration fee at the beginning. The amount (Rs 4999/-) will be deducted from my first salary. They gave me 600 forms to fill in 6 days. The payout was rs 21, 000/- (600 forms * rs 35 each). After starting the job i found the details on the form was false. I told them i dont want to do this job. I also wanted a validity proof of the company. Instead of giving the proof they told me to leave the work and pay the registration fees.
I signed and take work but after one day their id is blocked and demanding 15000 thousands to continue use this id. When i search for this company on the internet i have found many complaints against them and when i call and ask about this issue they ask if you not complete your work we will give you legal notice on the home address, call by advocate and file a case against me because you signed our project agreement. They ask that first you give me adhaar card as my id proof then i will give you legal agreement about company and after one day they start blackmail. Their company also have not genuine address they have fake address, fake agreement and phone no. They ask me to pay our penalty charges and threatened me we will give you court legal notice.

I will send agreement copy which is given to me and screenshots as a proof.in this fraud many people are connected. Many people face the same problem. Please sir suggest me what i do now.

Initially as application fee balance 4900 will deduct from salary. And also they asked for my photo and sign i send it, but they didn't said for what. Without asking me they paste photo and sign in an agreement as second party which is quiet illegal in that agreement. The agreement look like computer made. As same agreement i found i rio technology complaints. (Attached). It is we based to complete data entry 600 forms in 6 days, just see and type. They send voice sample also. But when starting to do job was very difficult to me. I searched for them in net, didn't found anything. As the domain name eliteinternationalpro.com got register 27 august 2019. I found very much similarities between them and rio technology. As both use same agreement and are from aurangabad. I didn't found any companies register with the name on agreement. As there no companies in following address. As per agreement, they can threaten us to file a legal complaint for no doing the work or incomplete work. I ask them send us proof of company. But didn't answer or not picking phone. I request to please help me in this matter.

Sir i have loaded my resume on quicker for part time job.

Then the person name arun [ [protected]] on true caller called me that i have to complete the data entry job in which i have to fill the form from pdf to wordpad and total no of 600 form and for each form he promised to give 35 rupees
And he told that to send photo of adhar along with photo and signature. I sent and he suddenly made agreement.

Then he told i have to give 4999 to company after mine first salary.
But at night when i was compliting the task the site suddenly closed by itself.
And i have to complete the task in the night because in day i have to go to college.
So i tried to contact them at that time on that very moment but not reachable there false customer number is [[protected]]

And in morning i told them about my problem that my user protocol had blocked they told i am transferring the issue for further our advocate will call you.

And after that a person called me that he is advocate ([protected]) and threten me to clear amount of 7999.
And he threaten me more and more like this that. I got afraid and asked him to the rate for clearence for the whole problem
Then he told that i have to transfer him 9508 rupees for noc from court and i transferred because i was afraid.

And again in morning again a message came from qp hcrtt that i have to give 15530 rupees again to clear the noc

And then i called the advocate again what is this then he called this messes is from court
And you have to pay15530 again

But i don't do that

And after that advocate continously threting me.

Then i googled about fake elite international company on google then i saw that like me there are some boys and girls having same issue had complained before.

But i was socked that our agreement serial no is same.
Then i consult to advocate of my locality they told it's fake. And proper action should be taken against them because they are harassing the students.

I have all the proofs related this company which shows the misleading of the company.
The company blocks my id every 2nd day and after 1-2 days they again blocks it.
And now they are asking me to pay 8000 rs. Sir plzz help me.

This is to inform you that one week ago, i got a call from an official of elite international for work from home opportunity. He told me to pay 4999/- initially for registration and once the job done you will get the final amount after deducting the registration amount which was requested in the first place.
They have allocated me 600 forms which needs to be competed within 6 days and the payout would be rs. 35 per page. I started the same and after two days my id got blocked and i wouldn't been able to complete the job due to technical issue.
To escalate the issue, i sent an email to there customer care but it wasn't delivered and how it could had been delivered because company is itself an ultimate fraud and they don't have any customer support to assist people. I also called them to have a technical support but they weren't enough equipped to help and instead of resolving the issue they were abusing and talking in unmannerly way.
After a day, one of an identity named "rahul kumar mishra" called me by saying that he is an advocate of elite international #[protected] and calling from aurangabad district court, maharashtra. He said that i breached the contract and for that matter he filled a case in court.
I got scared and asked him for the necessary action. He asked me to pay 4999/- as software cost which got blocked and if i wish to continue with the company to get the final amount then i need to pay 7999/-.
I denied to continue with the organization and agreed to pay 4999/- so that i can pull myself from this mess.
But situation turned worst and after a day i got a message which specified to pay 19963/- to get the proper noc from company side and in the meantime i got a call from a person named "rubel choudhary" # [protected] who is saying himself a senior advocate from the same court.
He has shared me a full fledged message id-hccrtt in which all details were mentioned such as :
Case number
Fir number under specific act
These two guys are harassing people and extorting money by there fake advocate identity on behalf of elite international.
There is also an identical case on this forum which is in against of different company but the contact person (Advocate) is same. Complaint was raised by subject "critique services - captique services fraud company and demanding money".
You can refer this case for more clarity. I am requesting you to please consider this complaint and do the needful.

I was searching for home based job in quirk. And i got a call from no. [protected]. And they were giving 19000/- rs for 600 form filling in 6days. I accepted their projects and they didn't mention anything in starting. When i started doing the job my id has been blocked. When i called them and informed about my problems, they said they will solve it and give me extra two days for the work. But after 4 days my id was still showing blocked. When i called again they were asking me to pay 7999/- rs as maintainance charges when i refused. They asked me to pay 4999/- rs. As registration fees. But i refused both. And after one week i got a message from "qp-hccrtt" that "in the high court of judiciarature at maharashtra ordinary original civil jurisdiction notice no. 1148f of 2019 execution application no. 1148 of 2019. Mr. Desai mitul r, i/b om c k thakkar chambers for the applicant." and i got another sme from qp-hccrtt as last worning to pay the applicant fees.

What should i do now? Please! Someone tell me and solve my problem. I would be glad for your help.

Sthis morning i received a call from this company and the executive was zubair hussainand he tricked me to send him a picture and a signature at the bottom of a empty page... And i have just joined the work and taken a assignment off 600 pages and it has a time limt of 6 days and then if i dont finish it in time they will charge us around 5k. But most of the time i was having a problem getting into there site and then the executive stoped replying to my messages when i asked for a alternate link
