Shap ware

I got enamor shape ware. But I had size issue. They sale the product so costly and there is no exchange after that.The sale girl who are there in the shop doesn't have knowledge about the size measuring they suggest wrong size sale there product... Really disappointed by this brand....

I am complaining about the low waist panties

I have always been a customer of enamour and have loved using their products but recently I have experienced usage of cheap quality materials. It has been not even 10 days that the stitches have come out. It is not the problem with one panty but the around 6 of them. Very sad with this purchase. I purchased in other city. Hence I don’t know where else to complain....

prepaid order no status at all

Order number[protected] placed on 26june 2020.
I have asked for numerous number of times via mails, chats but these people don't reply with any information on my order. It is showing with status pending till now. Not even confirmed.
Service number never picks up calls. They don't reply to mails. They don't even chat. How the hell i should contact n know the status. At least refund my money if you can't ship the product...

Wrong Product Delivered

Hi team

I purchased products from www.enamor.co.in where out of 3 products, 2 products delivered were completely wrong.
I have been trying to reach them through calls but there isnt any response. Have sent them several mails on this issues but no body responses. I just needs my money to be refunded and someone from the company should pick the products back.
Thats it.
But its not hard but is impossible...

want to return product

This is the worst experience i had with an ecommerce site. I needed to get an item returned. When i am trying to return product, it always shows error"something went wrong".
Return policy is 7 days and no one is not responding to the emails, not picking calls and their website doesn't support.
They provide return item option on their website but in reality it doesn't work.
They are making fool.
I want my money...
