I had Complaint against nonpayment of Debentures ENBEE PLANTATION LTD
I,Sunderlal Karma r/o qr.n0.6-HIG Jetapur M.P. Housing Board Colony Khargone -51001 HAD DEPOSITED an amount to ENBEE PLANTATION LTD (incorporated under the companies act 1956) having registered office at ENBEE HOUSE 236, ZONE II M P. NAGAR BHOPAL M.P. Inspite of repeated efforts, I have not received payment against debantures as detailed belowbr...

With dew regards , I state that on 16.05.1997 I purchased One unit of bumper plan at Rs 3,000 and same day One unit of windfall plan at Rs 2,100 in lieu of which on 1.03.2000 38 debentures at the price of Rs 100 per debentures of bumper plan and 27 debentures of windfall plan at a price of Rs 100 per debenture .
Till today I have not received repurchase price of the debentures . Please look at this matter and send my...

Dear Sir,
Me and my brother both we have your debentures in March 2000.and we want ours money back due to some personal reason kindly so needfull for us ....Details are given below :

I have invested in ENBEE Plantation Limited under folio no AB067623, So far neither company has issued the debenture certificares nor they have return the money after the SEBI order.
My address is Anju Goel. D-1-10-01, Millennium Towers, Sector-9, Sanpada, Navi Mumbai-400705...

i had invested money in bonds of enbee plantations ltd. but co, could not repay my money. and after the decesion of hbl. high court i got certain cheques from Ms.Sumit neema advocate, who appointed as commissioner designated by honbl, M.P.High court . the address of Advocate was 1029, gol bazar Jabal pur(M.P.) pin-482001.

but all chequeswhich were sent to me were bounced backwith the comment that the cheques are being returned...

My father bought 65 debenture from enbee plantation, we ars not received single money from it, please provide our money asap.
