The ENBEE PLANTATIONS LIMITED have issued 46 debentures on 1.3.2000.[protected]Distinctive Numbers..&[protected]/887/888/889-certificate No's) ..As per the court order, the company has to close the debentures and deposit the amount to holders..No intimation or cheques issued till now.....

We had invested money in bonds of enbee plantations ltd. but co, could not repay my money.
I have Debenture Certificates which already mature on date 1/03/2020. Meantime it was misplaced but now i found it again. The amount is quite considerable.
Dont know the exact solution how I will get my money back.

I am holding share of ENBEE PLANTATIONS LIMITED since 1997 but still we didn't get any amount.

I have purchased 27 nos of debentures of m/s enbee plantations limited on dated 01.03.2000 for 9 years. Post paid cheques given by the company were dishonoured already. But the above said firm is not traceable. Letters sent to the company were received back with the remarks that no such firm is available on this address. So, kindly help me to recover the amount payable to me from m/s enbee plantations limited.

My dad Mr. Lalit Singh Kataria invested in a bumper plan offered by enbee plantation ltd in october 1997 which matured on 15th october 2017 and the maturity amount is Rs.1.08.000/-, the investment was on my name, his daughter Manisha Kataria. But he never got the matured amount .
if needed will write the same to the police headquarters in Bhopal as well. I want the money to be redeemed as soon as possible.
Your immediate and effective action will be appreciated.
