I had Complaint against nonpayment of ROC Debentures ENBEE PLANTATION LTD
I, Rajivkumar Agrawal r/o, Kamlesh Tyres, Dalda factory compound, nanded road, Latur-413512 HAD DEPOSITED an amount to ENBEE PLANTATION LTD (incorporated under the companies act 1956) having registered office at ENBEE HOUSE 236, ZONE II M P. NAGAR BHOPAL M.P. Inspite of repeated efforts, I have not received payment against debantures as detailed below

I had Complaint against nonpayment of Debentures as per noted below:-

My father Mr vinay Kumar Jain purchase some enbee bond in 22/08/1997 with folio number AB090493 but after that my father didn't heard anything from enbee...

I had invested one lac in 1998 around, but they are not returning anything please give contact number of the Lawyer

i have few Enbee bonds, since 1990 but dont know how to redeem them.kindly send me detailed process....

I hold Enbee agro bond under folio AB046186 (Certificate AB076614 to AB 076620) but all the post dated cheques have been returned unpaid. Request u to please help me with the next steps for getting my payment.

We had submitted our Debenture Certificates- part 'D', Certificate Number[protected] deb) &[protected]deb) to the company's registered office at Bhopal on 7th May, 2003. However, the company hasn't paid me a single penny till date. Kindly help.

enbee plantations ltd.--BHOPAL NON PAYMENT / REPLY ENBEE agro bonds AND DEBENTURES
i am holding enbee agro bonds since 1998 but i am not getting my money back, request you please guide/advise on this issue...i'll be very much thankful to u.
THERE IS NO RESPONSE TO MY REGD AD LETTERS AND VARIOUS REMINDERS.RECEIVED BY THEM .( GOT...

I have invested in 1997 with Enbee Plantation Ltd., considering the fact that the company is belonging to a big group.
At least the directors/ group heads be ashamed of retaining peoples money, people to whom they have shown rosy picture about the returns which will be yielded by the end of the tenure.
Further the management should think n rethink on to return the money that is invested by the people!!!. Anyhow they have shattered the people's dream.The group heads doesn't have any courtesy to communicate on the update-change in communication address(closed their poonam chambers, mumbai office)
Enbee group definitely has MIS whoever have invested in and should return the invested amount by post.

I don't know how to get my money back. Please guide.
