Some months back I registerd with a company. That was a form filling company. They gave me task. I was suppose to submit 1500 forms in 10 days. But at last day there were just 10 forms remaining and I was unable to open mine id. I called helpline but they didnt picked up. Then I recived a call that I have to pay 4500 rupee as I havent compleated work. They thretend me in the name of laws. I paid them the money. Now some days back I have recived same message frome the company that I have to pay penalty clause. Even I wasnt in contact with that company frome about 7 to 8 month. What should I do Now

I am student, i had to a job of form filling and i had them paid 4500 for noc certificate received, now their lawyer is calling me demand for more money and saying that if you don't submit money you have to face legal problem. I had registered to this company on may 1st without intimation they said to sign on app i signed they said it is agreement and they said we give 1500 forms fill it within 10 days if you fail to get 90% accuracy you have to pay 4500 as utility charges. I done the work and very sure I will get get the accuracy more than 90% and I don't know how it happened they said your qc failed.i accepted and paid 4500 .they confirmed my payment and next day they called and asked you want to continue or cancel. I said I want to continue and they said for continuing you have to pay 20950 and for cancellation you have to pay 18950.but this thing is not written in agreement just only 4500.i need my money back

Hai sir, i don`t sign any agreement but they cal me and said to pay money otherwise put a case on u then i will paid 12, 500 then again cal me in order to clear the all legal issues u must have to pay rs18, 500 otherwise u get a court notice and paid it also. Then again cal today and said that again pay of rs28, 900. Otherwise legal action to be taken. Please help me to come of situation i am not a employee even i manage and arrange i pay them and again they ask me money please help me to come of situation and my money back please as early as possible to take it and help me.

Sir i took a typing job from the eontech company 1st they said me that there is a registration fees of ruppees 4500 that will bee deducted from ur 1st salary no need to give any money to the company on talking in mobile and took my signature and id proof from me and signed the agreement without showing me bt in that agreement it was written that either you fail to give the 90% accuracy the employer has to pay the company of ruppees 4500... It was the first lie/fraud from the company then i checked my form 2, 3 times before submitting bt when the qc came there was 200+ mistakes in it... I dont know how it happened... Then an adv dilip jain called me started black mailing me that your case is registerd in maharashtra lasarus court you have to pay 4500 if i don't pay i will have pay 50k as compnsation. This company is the worlds most fraudest company that is to be closed and cancel its liscene. After all black mailing i was depressed and i paid the adv 5000 for the noc... The money was for my admission... Now i dont have money for the admission. I have never seen such a cruel company and advocate who never know what is humanity. When we them for enquiry they talk to us us in an indescent way i am from a poor family i joined this job for my admission and now i am unable to do my admision so sir please kindly me to refund my money for my future.. I dont know what to do...

I have joined in the job and completed the work but company is telling me that the work is wrong so they told me to pay 4500 and i payed the amount and again they are telling that i have to pay 10980 to close the agreement, if not they proceed legally, in agreement the these is nothing like we have to pay the 10980 amount, if i continue they will give another 10 projects,

Please note that i have registered in online and one day i got a call from them and told that u fill the forms they will gove the money and i have registered and the same day i checked online and came to know that it is fake and told them to stop the process and they said ok for that and later on second day they created login if your not able to work then you have to pay 4500 so i started working and them at alst they told that i have typed everythibg wrongly and told that u have give 2 spaces like that so it a mistake and telling me to pay the amount and i was not willing to pay qnd they sent threating messagrs and legal notice to my maila nd told me to pay 4600+3000 with in 48hours and please help to solve the same and i am scared and dont know wat to do

फिर वे मुझे क्यूसी रिपोर्ट देते हैं जहां उन्होंने मुझे +200 गलती दिखाई जो कि मेरे द्वारा की गई थी ... और पेनल्टी के रूप में 4500 रुपये की मांग करना मैंने उन्हें पूरा काम नहीं दिया ... वे मांग नहीं कर रहे हैं लेकिन वे मुझे ब्लैकमेल कर रहे हैं यदि मैं नहीं यह पैसा दे दो ... वे मुझ पर केस करेंगे ... धोखाधड़ी और बेईमानी के रूप में ...

उन्होंने मुझे धोखाधड़ी का दावा करते हुए कुछ कागजात भेजे। .. वे छात्रों के साथ गलत करते हैं और उन्हें धमकी देते हैं और उन्हें ब्लैकमेल करते हैं और उनसे पैसे निकालते हैं ... कुछ छात्रों ने आत्महत्या की इससे छुटकारा पाएं ...

कृपया इस कंपनी को बंद करने में मदद करें और pls मेरी मदद करें और हमारी मदद करें ... तो जैसा कि भविष्य में हम इस तरह की चीजों से नहीं फंस सकते हैं ..

Hi, my name is sumit i was approached this company for work from home project by eon tech which is located in block no. 21 jatwada road, aurangabad, maharashtra. I was promised to get a payment of 30000 for 1500 if you maintain accuracy of 90% with 1350 forms are correct i completed my work and recheck all forms which was correct and submitt it to company's site they accept it for qc report and after 3 days on 27 may 2019 at 10.23am i received an email from there so said legal dept stating that i will pay 4500rs as penalty charges because you don't maintain accuracy of your work or else legal action will be taken. I did not receive any information from company and when i contact to company no. The no. Are busy and when i talk to him they don't response me in good manner and ask me to talk to our advocate and some individual creating a fake id emailing me to pay the charges i call to that advocate named adv. S. B. Deshmukh for my problems so he said that it's your fault that you don't do your work properly and it's your responsibility to call to company and know about your work related problems and where should you pay your charge payment. Now they forcing me to pay 4500+3000 rupees as maintenance and utility charge to company which i don't pay to him because as the email and agreement both seems fake. Please help me in this case i am a student and my at that time my financial conditions are not good. They force me to pay all charge and if you don't pay it to company you have to come to court and we take legal action against you. Sir please help me

They called me regarding form filling work and we were requested to summit it within 10 days and as said i have submitted but now they are telling your qc report is low as nd now they are torturing me to pay 8580 nd on the second call they are forcing to pay 7500. They are continously giving calls and sending messages and also many mailings. They are threatening that they will file a case if we didnot pay money.

The company made an attempt to file a fraud case against me (As they said). They told me to submit an amount without any purpose. They told me to fill total of 1500 form in 10 days that i did as i was informed to but now they are saying that i made a mistake in one form by leaving a column blank but it is a complete lie as i filled each and every form correctly in a right manner as i was informed to do so. And secondly they told me that i will have to be 90% accurate and that one column can not make me less than 90% accurate. Please help me in getting out of the situation please.

Respected sir/mam i received a call from a women her name is tanvi and she said me that i can earn 22500 to 30000 in 10 days by working from home.. Then i registered with them by providing adhaar card details photo and signature.. After that i received a agreement on my mail id and in the agreement it was mentioned that if i dont work or leave the job in between or if i dont complete the work with 90% accuracy then i have to pay penalty of 4500 to the company.. So after reading all the terms and condition i started my work. After 13 days they generate fake qc report and then threaten me for the money. They ask me to deposit 16950 rs to avoid the legal issues and accidentaly i paid 16950 so as to avoid legal issues then they provide me noc. After that they started calling me again and again and asking for depositing 19500 rs to cancel the 3 section that charged on me.. Please help me sir.. Or they will call and threat me please help. I was looking for job online then i got to know about eon tech. They said that i can earn around 30000 in 10 days by filling 1500 forms and 4500 rs will be deducted as a registration charge from my final salary. But if failed to submit then i have to pay 4500. So i join it n started the work n failed to submit the work. Then i got a call from hiren desai, he said my case is filed in the court and i have to deposit 16950 rs to sto these further proceedings otherwise legal issues will be arised. And i deposited the amount of 16950 to avoid legal issues and after that they provided me the noc which mentioned that now i have no further obligation on company. But now they are again calling me and asking for depositing 19500 to cancel the sections that are charged on me. Please help me and get me out of this. I have no more money to pay them.

First i got the call for part time job about catch filling. If we achieve 90% accuracy then full salary will be given in that 5000 will be deducted for registration. They r not giving proper information. I have gone through the reviews then i came to know that it is fraud. Plz help me out. The number from which i got call is [protected]. I have filled the internet job work of above company. They have given me the software to sign and photograph. I had downloaded the software and then remove from the mobile.
I have done the forms given by the company. But they are not filled as given to me unfortunately. They have given me the call to pay me to extend the time of filling the form and deposit rs8500 in the given detail. I could not deposit the money. They are giving pressure to deposit the money into the second detail was sent me. Now i have got the 2 different detail of the company. Is it the correct way to deposit the money.
They are pressing me to pay the said amount otherwise they will go to the legal way.
What should i do? In this case what will do.

My name is Harendra Singh . I searched for online jobs for my money issues and put ads as job seeker. On 27 march 2019 i recieved a call from a unknown number (Protected) his name was raj kumar he asked me to do home based form filling job, i said yes then he said you have to do 1500 forms filling work in 10 days he offered me to submit id proof through her whatsapp number (Protected) i gave my id details then she signed an agreement from me, there were mentioned 4500 penalty charges if i failed to do the work in given time. On 3 may 2019 they send me id & password for online work which should be completed by 13 may 2019 i have completed my work by 12 may i have checked my forms twice with my friends and i had some doubts regarding my work i sent so may mails to the helpline mail id of the company also call them but there was no response from their side. I had submitted my work on 12 april 2019. Then they generate a qc report failed which showed that your 350 forms are wrong out of 1500 which was impossible and But I checked real pdf and qc report not match
my work

then a advocate has called me his name was Ashok Desai, on 14 may 2019 he forced me to pay 4500+3000 penalty charges before 2 pm to clear out or close your agreement. And replied me "see you in the court".

It was all well-planned fraud.

Now he is forcing me to pay 7, 500.

Am totally stressed.

Please take a strict action against these type of frauds.

They are threatening me for a money for canceling the agreement. They are saying me pay 4500+2200 for canceling the job and they are making the fake agreements.
Please take necessary steps against those people so that they can't fraud any other person

Today, morning he again sent me some sms telling that my internal case has been files for 13/03/2019! And then after some time a sms came telling that if i pay the dues, the case will be closed.
Please take necessary steps against those people so that they can't fraud any other person.

I got a form filling job from eon tech company situated in latur, maharashtra, they asked to fill 1500 forms in 10 days, with minimum 90% accuracy, i completed the task within the given timeline, as well as there was accuracy of more than 90% for that there's proof of pdf file which was generated during submission. But when the company gave the qc check, they say that i've done wrong job with 15% errors, and most of the errors are double space, which even a fool doesn't make. And they are now asking for the penalty of 4500 rupees. I've given many proofs of my work which clearly show that i've done the right work. Kindly help me out to get out of this mess. Their advocate some yashwant desai is now torturing and harassing that they have filed case against me and all those stuffs.

I was promised to get a payment of 30000 for 1500 forms completed in 10 days. I completed the same and submitted the project. Very next day they submitted a quality check report stating that there are may faults in my project and its considered as a failure. I submitted the report on 13th may 2019 and they submitted me a check report next day 14th may 2019 morning on the software. Same day 14th may 2019 at 10.30 am i received an email from there so said legal dept stating that i will have to pay 4500/- as penalty charges or else legal action will be taken. I did not receive any intimation from company to pay the charges and some individual creating a fake id emailing me to pay the charges. I called up the persons number (Legal email guy) and discussed my queries that i haven't received any email from company and not any payment to be done informational mr. Anil gupta is telling me that its my responsibility to call company and ask where i should do the payment. This is a fraud company and looting the citizens. They are forcing to pay 4500 immediately which i dont comply as the email and agreement both seems fake. Pls help me in this case. I am a student and pissed off due to this. Hi, i needed the money by doing home based data entry job. So i put my resume on quicker for several home based data entry job companies. On 29 april 2019 i received a call from a company named eon tech for home based form filling job. The person who called me was named rahul desai
Seven three five nine zero zero one two four four. He told me that i will receive a login id and password to join and after that fill 1500 forms in 10 days. After submission of all filled forms they will send me qc report in which the number of correct and not correct forms will be mentioned. I will get 20 rupees for each correct form and i will have to make accuracy of 90% of correct forms. The registration amount of rupees 4500 will be deducted from my final payment of 30000 rupees. I joined they requested me for my id proof and i gave the photo of my adhar card and passport sized photo they sent me an message on mail containing link of an app for signing the agreement which i did. I received an email on 29th april 2019 and filled all the forms on 9th may with more than 90% accuracy. But on 10th my login id was blocked for 48 hours for the qc report. Later on 12th may my id was blocked regarding this i tried to tell their helpline numbers and the person who call me for joining but everybody's call is out of reach. Today on 12th may i got a call and email from their advocate name sb deshmukh and he is forcing me to pay 4500 rupees + 3000 rupees otherwise he will go legally. Hello. They cheated to me also. Maine b unke 1500 forms fill kiye and unhone mere postal address section me double space daal dia h. Maine b kuch forms k screenshots liye te and i cross checked them but meri koi b mistake nhi h unme. Or jo backup k lye pdf bnai ti usme b koi mistake nhi show kr ra h jo unhone mention ki h. Meri 208 mistakes nikali h jinme se 110 correct h. Ab unki lawyer priya singh muje bar bar call kr rhi h n mails kr rhi h k payment kro vrna legal case hoga apke upr. And ab unki helpine department ya jin jone work dia ta vo call recieve b ni kr re h. Maine unhe abi tk kuch b pay nhi kia h. I'm afraid because i don't want any kind of legal case against me.
