I completed work with 100% accuracy (Cutoff was 1350/1500 forms) within the given 10 days. Now they gave a failed qc report and asking to pay rs. 8900: rs. 4500 for agreement charge and rs. 4400 for noc. The 2nd part was not mentioned in agreement also. Please help me get out of this. This is a fraud company, as i now am seeing many complaints about it. The lawyer name is aslam shaikh who is threatening me with legal charges....

The company called me and asked to take the job of formfilling and they informed that i should get 90% accuracy in 1500 forms then i started the work after finishing i submitted later they sent my qc report saying that i have not accquired 90% accuracy they sent my qc at 11am and i got a mail from advocate saying to pay rs 8500 for failed qc. But when i had started the agent ziah khan said no money i have to pay. Kindly help. I want compensation...

I had got a call from a girl name ziya khan whose number is[protected] she told me that you work for us that you fill 1500forms in 10 days otherwise you pay 4500 so i sign agreement but after some days i have found that company was totally faked they have many cases so i stopped my work then they call me to pay 4500 otherwise they take legal action so plzz sir help me i am very poor am only student...

As i recieved the work from the company i refused to do it because i got to know from google that the company is fake and do fraud so after my working time completed i started getting calls and messages from the advocate and they had did case on me and are calling me to the court for paying the penalty amount and are sending me a hard copy of the legal notice i am totally in trouble and helpless please help me and tell me what should i do...
