ePost Office Complaints & Reviews

I have ordered ram mandir stamp from epost office twice and money got deducted from my account twice.but when I checked the status is incomplete.

I called epostoffice philately transaction number, no one is answering the call.
Please do the needful.

This is to bring to your notice that the epost office, which is online post office is accepting orders but not dispatching the products. There is no update online and no one picks up the phone. I tried contacting them through email. Everything in vain. This is being government department, should take some responsibility to provide an eta or at least should respond to phone and email.
